Dairy Depot has been a great place to get ice cream and custard for years in Wake Forest. While the service is always welcoming and kind, it can be a little slow at times, but the product is always worth the wait!
Dairy Depot is definitely up there. Land space is beautiful,and there is tons of seating options that have good views. There is also a Drive Thru with Menu in case if it’s too hot or too cold outside. Be careful about getting the Train Wreck though since it melts very fast like MELTING! Soft Serve is a better option if you don’t want your ice cream to melt fast. Very hilly. Views are nice though. There might not be much parking either. Ice cream tastes delicious and Staff...
Love the Dairy Depot, what a gem! This is our go-to place to give the kids a little treat after scary dentist and Dr appts. Price and sizes are very reasonable, and staff is always willing to explain the menu. My favorite trainwreck is the cherry cheesecake!
