Terrible Customer service. Stood at the register for 15 minutes with no help. No gloves or hairnets in site. The employee attitude has got to go.

If I could leave a negative star I would. I'm from out of state and stopped here to grab food through the drive-thru. First off I've never waited so long through a drive through in my life even for McDonald's during breakfast rush time and I was the only one in the line. there were so many people working in the back. Then when I finally got my food, They only gave me 3 tenders when I asked for 4 and I received absolutely zero fries. I asked and I had to go inside and waited an additional 20 min for a small fries. My food is cold and now I'm over 40 min later for my drive. I'd NEVER go or recommend this place. Ever. I love bojangles. I have a bo time tshirt... this place SHAMES the company.

Total disarray. Staff were so disorganized and the place appeared terrible understaffed. On 6/27/2021 we never received our breakfast and walked out before my husband made a scene after telling the girl at the window what we ordered and payed for but never received. I knew something was wrong when the gentleman taking our order said they were out of bacon and ham. Wa sat there over 1/2 an hour waiting for our food and saw the person in line before us get their order and then people after us also get their orders. When my husband told the girl at the window what we were waiting for she just stared at him with a blank stare and did nothing about it. I do not understand why the customer is not given a number when placing your order. This would be the best way to track an order that gets missed. Don’t ever go to this fast food place. Coming from the west coast and on our seventh day of travel this was the worst experience we had.

I do not recommend this location at all. The staff had us pull forward because they were cooking our fries. After a five minute wait they brought COLD fries to the car. On top of that, they only brought fries for ONE of our combos. They don't have time to get orders right, but had plenty time to laugh and talk with people's food in their hands.

We've seen these restaurants across North Carolina and finally stopped at this location. Our order wasn't quite right. Half the tables were blocked off due to Covid. The other half were dirty and I didn't see anyone cleaning while we were there. The rice in the chicken bowl was tasty and so were the biscuits.

Food was greasy and facility did not seem like it had a fresh coat of paint in a while. Hash browns were sitting register side under a heat lamp and were really greasy. I'd pass on breakfast next Time if I had to eat here before a business meeting.

Terrible slow service , mad management . Took 25 minutes for a simple order , one person on the register and making food. Deserves a zero . Got almost everyone in line behind me order wrong as well

Listen, lets call this one like it is... Fried Food Heaven! You are not going there for a healthy meal. Having said that, it is pretty darn good.

Food was good. Restaurant was cleaner than many of their locations are. Everything about our visit was smooth and we didn’t have any problems.

Wait, huh? I have to wait 7 minutes for chicken to fry at 11:30 am? And unless I miss my guess, Bojangles is procuring smaller chickens for their pieces than I recall. I was disappointed when they dropped free iced tea a couple years ago and now it's like $1.50. Hate their newer creamy cole slaw versus the spicy sweet vinegar style they used to offer. Biscuits are now not a bargain choice vs the other chains as well, and they are not as good as they once were. Overall, I'm finding less and less to like about Bo's, and this one failing to have chicken ready at lunch time was absurd. Better pick up the slack Bo or the public will soon deflate your revenues......

I stopped here for a quick snack on a long trip and what a mistake. I had two biscuits and three chicken wings. Tried to get a cup of tap water but was told I had to buy a water for $1.69. The outside 1/2" edge of both the biscuits were like rock but the inside was edible. The chicken was good but 1 out of three is not good. It will be a long while before I visit a Bojangles' again.

Absolutely worst experience I've ever had at a Bojangles. I got the 3 piece and all of mine tasted old especially the Cajun pintos. My wife and son got the chicken Supremes (tenders). They asked us to pull forward because they were cooking the Supremes. We pull forward and wait for 15 minutes. My wife goes inside to find out they completely forgot about us and the Supremes they were cooking went to the people behind us. So basically they had us pull forward to fix their friends order and then forgot to cook more. Manager on duty apologizes to my wife but then continues to move as absolutely as slow as possible complete with passive aggressive attitude. But to top it all off after she went inside she find out they had more than enough Supremes the whole time in the dining room case. So the entire situation was 100% avoidable if anyone inside had just 1oz of pride in their job. I have to assume for one shift to be that completely horrible there has to be a huge lack of any quality supervisor at the whole store. Employees don't get that bad in one shift. Whoever owns that location should take a long hard look at their managers.

Now it pains me to no end to give any Bojangles under a five star because I’m a fan of this restaurant and have never really had bad service. This particular location was out of chicken and I was told through the drive-through that it would take six minutes to make a fresh batch. 25 minutes later I found myself going back in the store and the manager just seemed overwhelmed. The girl who was standing holding the mop up behind the table seemed equally overwhelmed. They finally got my two piece dark out and the fries were OK but I had a breast in it. Which I don’t believe is dark meat. But I will check again. Maybe it was just a bad time.
