Usually our Sunday out lunch. Three weeks dining room closed. Last time there mgr complaining cause busy and short handed and she had to work. Barked to employee take that order and lock doors. Food is usually lukewarm or order not made right and cashier doesn't know how to enter coupon.

The only reason that it gets a 3 is because of the young lady at drive thru 1 on Sun 10/20/24 @ 320. NYANAH. She was very sweet, kind and courteous. Great first impression. You need more like her. The person at drive thru 2 was not as such. They literally swung my food out the windows with no courtesy at all. Sheesh if they dnt have manners like NYANAH take them out of drive thru

My straw had bite marks and torn paper, I really don’t understand how that happens I assume mice or rats, fries weren’t even cooked, cold, soggy.

Lately I been going by there later in the evening between 8pm and Closing and the nuggets are dry and hardly warm, the fries are dead and my chicken sandwich has only been plain once out of the five times I've ordered it

Food was hot and delicious as usual. Price was typical for Burger King. The staff were polite and neat looking.

Parking: There is plenty of parking with average sizes spaces.

Kid-friendliness: Kids menu never disappoints, my 7 year old picky eater is always satisfied.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This is the worst Burger King ever. The service is slow. They had about 10 people in line and ONLY doing drive thru. So the inside line was so backed up people left when they arrived. And then when my food was being made the lady running register just let it sit behind her while she did literally everything but ring up people and hand me my food. I even asked for the food she looked at me, ROLLED HER EYES, and then put everything very slowly into a bag when I just asked for the food on the tray. So she purposely “bagged” my food for no reason… absolutely disgusting service and people.

Burger King on Wallace is about the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. They never have enough help. The girl just told me there's one person cooking food. They just need to go out of business.

Went to get a burger which they later said they had no beef. Then ask for a chicken sandwich with fries, well had to wait close to 20 minutes which was ridiculous plus I was the only one there worst burger King ever

I placed a mobile order, and I waited through drive thru for 6 minutes. Which was fine, second window, the lady told me to pull around the front. She didn’t tell me what I was waiting on or for how long. I waited out there for 30 minutes before they finally brought my order out. And they forgot half of it, and when I said “hey I’m sorry I’m missing ————“ they said they would be right back and I waited another 10 minutes. Then finally my friend who was with me went inside to ask how much longer and received an attitude by the guy working. This was by far the worst experience I’ve had.
