Another restaurant on the Wallace strip that has declined drastically…the cook had no gloves while touching people’s food cross contaminating, grand majority of the tables dirty and food as well as drink stains on the floor!!!! 10/10 do not recommend… A health Inspector needs to come through !

My son and I have recently started frequenting this location because the service is top-tier, and the food is good and hot. However, it’s the warmth and kindness of the staff members that makes all the difference. We typically don’t dine in with fast-food restaurants, but this restaurant has become our little after-school treat hangout. I haven’t had any bad interactions with any staff members. They treat my son and I with respect and love. There is one lady there who goes out of her way to make sure my son and I are good. I don’t know her name, but thank you. And, thanks to all the staff. This is so refreshing because the other fast-food restaurants beside them customer service is 10 thumbs down, yes I said 10 thumbs.

I had a client that wanted to go here. It was very busy and only had 1 person to cashier. That cashier went outside with a line because upset with her coworkers😳Food was good. Tables and floors were not getting cleaned.

I'm going to have to go with one store just because this place is a hit or miss it's really depends on the time of the day and all that like most fast food restaurants but this place just sucks. I mean you'll sit there in the Drive-Thru for 10-15 minutes for literally a Whopper Junior not even a regular Whopper. Very rude customer service. I can't say all the times I've been there my food was horrible but the last few times it just tasted bad and I threw away most of the food I paid so dearly for because as we all know it cost a dollar just to add cheese so it's not cheap. So if you're coming through Wallace do not stop here. Zaxby's is right next door and they're great.

Very rude lady working at the register. Cokes were straight carbonated water, wasn't even colored, completely white. They forgot both burgers in the kids meal. This place sucks. They insult the customers and royally screw up the order.
The food is good, just that if you are there expecting fast service you are wrong, went thru the drive thru & it took me a total of 30 min to get my food, with only one car ahead of me food is good, but it takes toooooo long…

Why? You order your food and the person at first window acts like he’s busy until they say order ready then they take your money give you your condiments and drive up your food out the window ! This has happened three different times ! My food be hot and correct but this technique to show fast drive thru service is funny !
