Unfortunately I found a hair on my mom's food plate, I returned the plate and they gave me a new one but they didn't even say "Excuse me." And they always charged me extra.
Dedes When the sauce arrived it had 1 hair the food I ordered was cold and as soon as I tried it my stomach hurt the service was very bad during my stay I was served by 3 different waiters and they never came to ask if I needed anything terrible place for nothing I would eat it

A couple of days ago me and my son went here, just passing through on our way back home to Jacksonville, NC I'm not a regular, anyway the food was hot which was the only saving grace. The service was poor and the place was dirty underneath our table was a fork. We were debating whether or not to leave but like I said before I took a bite of my food and it was hot. Me and my son are very good tippers but that's for good service, not for people pretending not to speak or understand English and not for servers who don't know how to speak.. That's just rude.
Chicken was in dry chunks not shredded...got my order wrong .. cheese sauce was runny like water .. it was just doable
