The only word that can describe the food that was served to me is revolting! I have not tried Hardee's in a very long time and I will definitely not go back! The food was so greasy it was literally dripping from the wrapper. The buns were falling apart before I could even take a bite and the meat in the burger was questionable. It looked like the cook just threw it the bag. It's not like they were even busy...I was the only car in the drive-thru....for obvious reasons. There was no pride taken whatsoever in this this food preparation. Never again!

Went in to order the new Grilled cheese sausage sandwich, got the combo. The hash rounds were on point. The sandwich was a disappointment, the ingredients were good, the bread not so much, too big for the patty. The menu board was a lie, it showed the combo with orange juice but in letters so small I had all most go behind the counter to read them that OJ was an upsale.

Burgers here look and taste like a burger should. However, it is expensive fast food unless you have coupons or either get their $5.99 Bag Special. The $5.99 Bag Special has several items to choose from where you can get two of the listed items and it also comes with a small fry and drink.

I went through the drive-thru and the person who took my order and gave me my food was very friendly…the food tasted great!
Management was disrespectful, tables had crumbs on them, kids high chairs were what felt like inches of years of sticky candy and my order was completely wrong! I felt unwelcome so I will Not be returning!

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger and asked for the bread to be like a Frisco burger. 75cent extra for sourdough. Fine. But you give me untoasted, stale, cold, sourdough bread. That is not how Frisco burger is done. It's toasted with butter like something. And this is the most pitiful excuse of a slice of tomato and onion ever. Just enough to be able to say it came with. Took the half a piece of wilted translucent lettuce off. Inedible. Wasted $7.85

My husband ordered ham biscuit at the drive through and when he came home, he noticed that they gave him the wrong biscuit. Well, we didn't have time to go back and this isn't the first time when they gave us the wrong orders. Why didn't they listen???????

Ordered a burger no tomato. Received a tomato that was not eatable. That’s why I don’t order tomato. Ordered a chilli dog. Didn’t receive, and didn’t notice till I got home. Ordered a milkshake received it liquified. Spoke to the employee about the milkshake, she said there was nothing she could do about it. This was in the evening. No one in the dining room and no one in the drive through. First and last time I visited this place.

I am mostly leaving this review to warn people DO NOT EAT THE SLAW. I usually love Hardee's.
I got the 5 pc chicken tender meal with a coupon. I got 4 small (2.5-3 inch) pieces and a 1 inch nugget, and the SLAW tastes foul (like the smell of gasoline). The register system didn't accept the in-date coupon; I don't think it was the fault of the cashier. The speaker system at the drivethrough is slightly garbled and its hard to make out what the employee is saying. They can't do much about their location/outdoor atmosphere, which is in a giant empty aged shopping center parking lot.
The best part of this experience was the cashier. Do not fault her. She was very polite, patient, and spoke kindly. Her service was a 5/5, considering the circumstances. I do not think the coupon issue was a user error, just a technical error.
Other reviews say the burgers at this location are great. Most Hardee's burgers are. I'll still come back, just probably order a burger next time. If you want a larger serving of chicken for your money, try the nearby KFC.
