$20 worth of food and all my chicken looked like this? It was all chewy and tasted like straight pepper.. the pictured is supposed to be a 5 piece but the skinny strip is just breading that fell off.. i had to come in because the speaker wasn’t working and had to fix my own drinks which wasnt what i ordered because i wanted to try the cream soda.

The food was ok. Would not have eaten here if I had seen the dirty walls behind the drive-through window first. It looked like grease and dirt sliding down the wall

Very disappointing experience at KFC. I had to wait far too long because they didn’t have any chicken ready — which is unacceptable for a chicken restaurant. When I finally got my food, it was cold, and the service was extremely slow. Definitely not a good visit.

Entire dining area is dirty; the ladies restroom is beyond nasty and smelled horrible. No working exhaust fan or A/C in the bathroom. Someone should put their attention on some major cleaning or close the doors!!!!! Also, the staff could use some training in customer service... at least put a smile on their faces.

We kept telling the lady at the drive through that we could not hear her, but she continued to talk. We had 2 orders. The first one everything was cold. The person that was with me. Wanted her money back. When she went inside she said the place was really dirty, and the manager was rude. She said one of the workers made a comment was she really returning the food. Then argued with her. The tea that we ordered was nasty. I threw a mine out she had returned hers. My food was cold but it was ok I took it home and warmed it up. I will never go back there. Very poor service which is sad because I love eating kfc.

I just went through the drive thru on 3/15/25 at 6:40 pm. I ordered the famous bowl and an order of fries. My fries were not fresh at all and when I pulled out the bowl from out of the bag, the lid was opened and not closed all the way.

my time at KFC was wonderful. the employees have great customer service the food was fresh and tasty. KFC has the best chicken in Wallace for sure!!

The only reason that star is up there is cause I had to put something.. I sat at that speaker box for a while saying hello nobody answered so I figured the speaker messed up..so then I pulled up to the window n said so your speaker not working.. this girl had the nerve to tell me oh yeah with the head set in her ear..we just don't have no chicken..OK well u couldn't tell me that at the speaker..smh she had the nerve to say we just worried bout the people that's on the inside..I couldn't say let me speak to the manager cause she was right there..who is the general manager n do they even care.. it's really messed up how that kfc in wallace keep getting away with the bs
