For some reason this is the 3rd KFC in this state that has closed down their lobby to customers INCLUDING mobile orders. For truckers this means we have to get in the drive -thru line on foot and walk up to the window as if you're in a car. It's absolutely ridiculous not to mention a lawsuit waiting to happen. Get it together KFC, it's fast food chicken not astro-physics.
Patricia was very professional, greeted me as soon as I entered the restaurant. Clean and sanitizer throughout the restaurant. Food fresh and hot.
Had to edit my last review. This location has gone down hill something bad since my last review two years ago. Both standards and food, I work 12 hour shifts and I get off late at night. When I get off I want to go somewhere sit down and enjoy my food, its hard to do that when KFC closes before its appointed closing time. I get there shortly before 9 pm to find the doors locked and staff mopping the floors, the drive thru is dark and its clear that they have no intention of serving anyone. I am not one to bicker about much but when I do its normally deserved. I appreciate a restaurant/fast food location that open late at night and thankful for them, I know it can be tough for some but at the end of the night being able to sit down and enjoy a hot meal after work is always a blessing, more so when staff is nice enough to indulge me with conversation if not busy. Its a shame to see this place go down like it has and I hope the main corporation addresses the issues here and turn the place around.
I did order pick up. I went inside to get it. There were 3 workers at the time. None of them acknowledge me. One of them was working the drive thru, the other one was on their phone, and the third one was making the food. They saw me and still didn’t acknowledge me. I saw my bag with my name, but I don’t like just picking it up. They don’t know I’m the right person picking it up. Anyone could just pick it up and go. Not the best customer service.
I ordered online. The wait was 20 minutes. I waited when I go to get the order inside was locked and it wasn't ready. I waited a little bit longer. When the woman handed me the food she shut the window and walked away I tried to get her attention and ended having to go back around and wait in the drive thru to get the rest of my order. Total almost 40 minutes waiting. The cashier was really rude.
Food was ok but the person running drive thru didn't listen when I asked for thighs and legs and got the regular mix and asked for extra crispy and got original instead .
8pc chicken a lil soggy need fresh chicken customer service was ok..
Have been 2 times now each time I have had to request items that were not in the bag. I paid 30$ and didnt get all the order. The parking lot is difficult to drive in and out pot holes. Very poor service.
Well mannered employees. Professional character ??
Since ya getting remodeled make sure them potholes get fix to??

The staff were overall nice but my order was wrong and the chicken was a bit too hard maybe they cooked too long idrk but I will say that the young woman working the cash register I believe her name was Mary was so friendly and polite she helped me quite a bit while I was there and helped my 6 year old with her decisions she's one employee I don't think a business would want to loose
Cherly the manager is very hateful and rude to both her customers and employees. She was wearing her mask under her chin. It took exactly 32 minutes from the time of order to the time I got my food. Took another 25 minutes to get the fresh chicken. When she finally agreed to cook fresh chicken it was another People having to wait long times for their food. Gave old tasting chicken and when I confronted her she says I ain't got to do nothing. Biscuits were hard and burnt. Employees are stressed having to work under her.
Bad service, chicken was burnt, missing items, never going back to this kfc.
