I made an Order at 10:40 got a confirmation at 10:41 drove 12 min to the location just to get an email while I was waiting that my order was cancel why wait 20 minutes to cancel the order make me waist my gas and my time for nothing…… it’s always something with this location!!!

Did an app order. Had to wait 10 + minutes. Fries warm, QP messy, wraps no flavor. Drinks were good. 🤷🏼♀️ Same McDonald's said was open on Christmas but closed. 😡

You should think about replacing the girl taking money at the st drive through window. I went through the drive through on 12/30/25 around 1:30. They are doing construction so when I pulled up to place my order I was told to pull to the first window and place order there. When I finally got to that window the girl had an annoyed look on her face and asked if I ordered 3 drinks. I said no, I haven’t placed my order yet. I was told to place it at the window. I got the biggest eye roll and attitude. It rubbed me so wrong that I lost my appetite for McDonald’s and I said never mind and drove off. This isn’t the first time she has given attitude. Replace her with someone else who can at least look like they are happy to have a job. She needs a serious attitude adjustment!

The playground for kids stinks like wet dog. We asked for some ketchup and they only gave us three packets. I asked for more because we were three people and she gave me 25. And the bathroom smelled like dead people and was dirty.

can rarely understand what the people taking ur order at the window or the counter are saying. some of them are rude and then won't refund u for things they actually messed up on.

Great stop on the way at to the beach, they have a play place. Im not sure why the reviews are so bad, it’s McDonald’s not a 5 star restaurant. Looks like it was updated recently and is clean enough for a quick bite, stretch and play.

Each time that I order from this location it is never a good experience. Whether it’s online, delivery, drive through, or inside order it’s never correct. There is also, a long wait each and every time. I have many pictures of my order and then what I receive. I always say no pickles because I’m allergic and they still put them anyway. They do remake my order but it’s bad if I hadn’t have double checked or if it was a child instead. When you walk in no speaks or is ever smiling so it’s not a welcoming atmosphere. To management please please train the staff better. This is an absolute awful location!! I’ve stopped ordering from them before because of these issues and tried again today but today I am absolutely done this time!! Everyone check your orders before leaving and definitely before eating!!!
Ivan was very accommodating! Appreciate how we came in 15 minutes before close and he let us place our order !
