Sorry as hell. If you want fresh fries or a correct order, DO NOT come here. EVERY SINGLE TIME, no matter what time of day, fries are dipped back in the grease which makes them hard. I can’t wait to chip a tooth so I can sue. Ordering your fries with no salt doesn’t guarantee freshness either. I’ve honestly had it with this location. From passing out old reheated fries in a large container that’s barely full, to asking for plain CHEESEburgers and literally receiving just patties on buns, to receiving an unsweet tea a few weeks ago when I ordered sweet because the girl in the window didn’t bother looking up from her phone to confirm what my order was or even speak to me at all. This location is pathetic.

I have stopped at this place 3 times in past 2 weeks. All 3 times my food was wrong. There is not a soul In there working who can speak English. Nothing but Mexicans in there working. This place needs to be shut down.

they have very rude customer service, i ordered hot cakes with sausage and the food was cold and they forgot my sausage. i also ordered a vanilla ice coffee and it came out very bland, there was no flavor kinda tasted like black coffee. i also ordered a frappe for my boyfriend who usually loves frappes. the frappe was mostly ice, had to melt it in the microwave and it has a very faint flavor of a frappe. i rate this mcdonlads a one star because of their bad customer service and their bad meals. 100% will not be wasting my money here ever again. Came back a year after my last review and the place is still a waste of time. Use the mobile app to order my food not one car in drive-through or customer in the store and I still had to pull up to the third window. What’s the point they should close this place and fix their process Place is an absolute disaster!!!!! Got a happy meal and the burger wasn’t wrapped just thrown in the happy meal box. But even before that the window associate said to another associate “Don’t these people go home and ever cook” last time I checked the customer payed the paycheck. Raise minimum wage lmao yeah if you deserve it!!! Orders are never correct. Fries look like they are microwaved .

I never given 5 stars to McDonalds. This was a tight ship. Hamburger filet ofish and hot perfectly done fries. None of the wimpy 1/2 cooked. Wallace has a good thing going. The manager wasn't playing.

We got a tent so our food would be brought to us, instead our order was just yelled out. Wasn't given all our food and when asked for the rest the lady acted like it was a problem. The burgers was made incorrectly.
