Found this place on a road trip and was happy to have dinner there. Service was great. The chicken tenders I had were good and the homemade chips on the side were a treat. My partner had a burger that they really enjoyed. The place is real cozy and a good value overall. It's nice to have non fast food options on a road trip and we will definitely be returning when we are in the area.

The pulled pork sandwich was one of the best I've had. Service was top flight. The day of our visit it was very cold inside. I don't think it's a regular thing though. Will stop back in on our return home.

My crew and I were there for an hour lunch break. Ordered simple wings, chicken sandwich and a burger. Waited an hour for food and also the 6 ladies that came in after us received their food and finished by the time we got our food. Wouldn't recomend.

Tried to order off the "specials" menu, was told those were no longer options as they were from yesterday, take in mind we're there for dinner.... Ordered smoked turkey, plate came out with brisket. It was sent back, and it came back out with very little turkey for the price. Sides were baked potato and corn on the cob. The potato was just that, baked and plain. I did ask for butter & sour cream, only a whipped spread available. The corn was not good, soft, and old. The husband ordered the fish and chips, and the house made potato chips where perfectly lovely. The cod, though, was not edible.

My sister and I each ordered a shrimp salad with vinaigrette dressing for lunch. We both thought they were very tasty. We each had a special request and they accomodated them, no problem. The server was attentive but not intrusive. I only put 3 stars for the atmosphere because it's a pub, not a fine dining room. But as far as pubs go, it was good.

Stopped here on the way from surf city. So freakin' delicious. Had Bree as our waitress and she was amazing. The picture is the carolina burger "dino style" which is the burger sandwiched in grilled cheeses. Highly recommend

Stopped here on our way to the beach. It's a good half way point if you're coming from the Triangle. Hushpuppies were excellent. I got the Hawaiian chicken sandwich which was not exactly remarkable but definitely good. Pricing is reasonable. Bathrooms are clean. Service was great. Would go again if in the area.
