I met a friend for lunch at the Wallace Pizza Hut today. My small, thin crust Supreme Pizza (no pepperoni) was hot, perfectly cooked and exactly as ordered. The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean. Score! We'll definitely be back.

I just ordered from Pizza Hut, and I’m very disappointed. The food was not fresh at all like the breast I ordered harder than a baseball bat lost my appetite The service wasn’t any better either. For the price, I expected something decent, but this was just bad all around.

The cook was outside came back in did not wash his hand and started taking food out the oven. The others lefted out the building leaving the cook all alone to take care of customers inside. And my pizza was lefted on the counter and I spoke up and finally got it. Terrible wait and terrible service

I went in with the intention of dining in and left with a sour taste in my mouth. The manager on duty was conducting interviews at the booth right behind where I was sitting and proceeded to yell across the dining area to “PICK UP THE PHONE!!” While servicing a customer. The girl looked scared and confused and proceeded to reluctantly pick up the phone. There is no reason for any person to belittle and disrespect those they manage, especially teenagers working after school due to circumstances unbeknownst to others. This place needs new management asap! Whether working in a restaurant, fast food or not, take pride in servicing others and respect each other.

Spent almost $60 for pizza and wings to get home to inedible food. Pizzas were overcooked and hard and the wings were barely sauced. Traveled 30 minutes one way to pick up food and I will not be visiting this location any time soon.

Went to use the bathroom before ordering and was immediately hesitant on eating in this establishment. If this is what your restrooms look like and where your employees wash their hands.. what does the food prep area look like!? Notice the filth and grime on the soap dispenser as well as the handle. This restroom has not been cleaned in WEEKS. YUCK! Pizza Hut, y’all need to have a deep cleaning day scheduled, asap!

Sat down for 15 minutes girl at the register didn't even acknowledge that I sat down in front of her. She never even looked up at me. Lady walks in picks up her order the lady next to me thought I was in line. I thought I was in line guess not so I walked out. Older lady is rude blows customers off. Good luck probably better to order online and pick up just make sure it's your meal because they seem to mess it up very easily.
Food is decent, customer service and the people that work here are terrible. Trying to eat as the whole crew is acting like children in the dining area.

everything was a disaster and very disappointing. They sell wings but you have to buy a sauce. This establishment seems like are money hungry. I wish this place would shut down. It makes no sense that you got to pay for sauce for ranch.
