Food is decent, customer service and the people that work here are terrible. Trying to eat as the whole crew is acting like children in the dining area.

very not well mannered! Nobody is working. Just sitting down & talking . They need better staff members. And they need to stop over charging people . And they was having a meeting about another staff while she works hard and talking negative about her !

everything was a disaster and very disappointing. They sell wings but you have to buy a sauce. This establishment seems like are money hungry. I wish this place would shut down. It makes no sense that you got to pay for sauce for ranch.

My husband and I were going to give another try but upon walking in, the place was empty. Employees standing around on their phones. Tables and floor were not cleaned. The place was nasty, filthy. Can’t imagine how it looked where they prepare food. We turned around and left. Not going back!

This place is so slow. We ordered our food and the guy said 15-20 minutes. When we went to Pizza Hut the car lane was so packed and we waited for over an hour. We decided to leave cause it was so long and taking forever.

Put in an online order, paid for it. Drove to the store and there was a 2hr wait for online orders, the lady working the register stated there was computer issues. But there was people in there waiting 4 hrs for an order that was put in at noon that day.

Went through the drive thru I ordered a stuff crust half pepperoni and half cheese the pizza looks like it was thrown through a window and is in no way how it should be straight out of the box terrible prep.

I don’t know what’s going on with this location. The past three times we’ve ordered our food has been undercooked and soggy. It wasn’t until last night, the third time, that I asked to have my pizzas remade. They came out better but still not great. For $40 I expected better.

Pizza Hut in Wallace is great....NOT. order online for 630 pick up got there ans 615 and was told the order just came across computer....told to pull around and she'd bring it out to me...I waited 20 minutes then went back in and there set my order. DO BETTER.
