Didn't even taste the food. A member who was handling food kept touching hair and face and back to the food. I do have a video of the member doing this. I'm not posting it because I got a refund right there on site. It was like pulling teeth for the refund though. Please if you order from here go ahead and make sure you watch your food! Otherwise run to another Taco Bell!

The last two times I have gone to this Taco Bell they managed to mess up my order. How hard is it to put meat, lettuce, and cheese in a taco shell?, I also ordered cinnamon twists and they tasted like chemicals. Get it together people!

The manager on duty you can tell does not want to be there. Im a general manager myself at a different restaurant and know hospitality and how to treat people. Even on my worst day i do not act the way this lady did. Now when my order was messed up on the drive thru line a guy named Josiah did a better job servicing me rather than the manager on duty when i had to go inside to get it fixed. It took him and another gentleman running around even bringing orders out to people in their cars during this rush, while the manager is just walking around in the middle of the rush. Asking questions why they arent or are doing something yet not jumping in to action to help. As a manager you should be supporting your team and leading them so they arent struggling. Kudos to those 2 gentleman

Place should just shut down always an excuse sometimes it's no beef sometimes its system down employees are rude and argue and yell at each just put a for sale sign in the window

Used to be 2/3 star worthy but they've improved quite a bit lately. Order accuracy is better and so are the attitudes of the employees working there. Not sure what changed but keep it up.
Mobile app makes every trip efficient. Staff is very friendly and conscientious.
