Poorly run. Customers have to use either the kiosk or the drive-through -- no counter service. Our feet stuck to the floor when we walked in. We ordered coffee with cream and a Frosty and actually had to wait for them, although there were no other customers except for one car at the drive-through. The coffee arrived without cream, which we only realized after checking it; they didn't tell us that they were totally out of coffee creamers and had no milk in the restaurant at all. Send someone over to Walmart for creamers or milk, for goodness sake, it's right next door! They tried to give us a cup of liquid vanilla Frosty for the coffee without telling us what it was; thankfully, we tasted it before putting it in the coffee! Yuck.
The bathroom had no toilet paper and an overflowing trash can.
The only plus to this Wendy's is their pretty Autumn decorations.

This location is an excellent spot for Wendy's, which I thoroughly enjoy. However, this specific location's issues seem to persist and become more prevalent each time I go. The workers seem very irritable and unfriendly, not very responsive to anything you might ask for. Lot's of mistakes on the order. The food will also take 30 minutes plus the long drive through time. So far, since it's opening, I've counted eleven times of unfair treatment of the customer, and thirteen times of order mistakes from cold food to raw meat. Overall, I like Wendy's, but this location has zero training, service, and a tendency to deliver the most heinous of fries and burgers of the franchise. I will not return.

I ordered a son of baconator, when i sat down to get settled in. I unwrapped the paper the burger was in, it looked like a normal burger. I took the first bite & noticed that the bacon was over cooked, they should watch the food timer. do better Wendy’s

Terrible customer service received from Larry, the manager who was very rude and unprofessional. Another employee by the name of Amanda who wasn’t as unprofessional but certainly not customer friendly. Never experienced such poor treatment at another Wendys. They really need to consider who they put in charge of their restaurants and give some additional training on customer service and how to treat customers at this location.

They refused to take orders at the counter. I was told to use a kiosk, for which only one was working. I have no issue with kiosks, however, rudeness I don't tolerate it. Especially when 2 people were standing there doing nothing, and there were multiple people waiting to use the kiosk.

The young lady behind counter doing baked potatoes did very well. Lately have not ordered since the last very were not very hot, cheese not melted and had to look hard for the bacon. Today was different, potato hot, cheese melted and plenty of bacon. It was one of the best lunches my husband and I have had in a while.

Young man at Window told me to pull up, I replied with Nobody is behind me he then said we will get your order. I said ok proceeded to put my change in my wallet then I had my food slung out the window by a young lady saying here. Let’s not forget I wasn’t asked if I wanted my receipt! Absolutely the rudest place in Wallace!!

Ordered two $5 biggy bags, got home and there was only one sandwich in the bag and it was even the wrong sandwich. Tried calling the store several times to say something and of course no one answered. I have been to this Wendy’s twice and both times it was a very bad experience. THERE WILL NOT BE A THIRD!!! Minimum wage is even too much to pay you all there!!!
