I have always loved eating at Wendy's, but Wallace is the worst. I have eaten there 7 or 8 times since they opened and I always say I'll never go back but then I do, hoping each the food would be right. Each time I have been my order was wrong and EVERY time the hamburger was raw. I just cannot eat raw hamburger. As others have written in their reviews, if I could give a negative star, I certainly would. Drive thru staff are definitely not friendly either.

Service has declined greatly. If you order in the evening they're guaranteed to get it wrong and they has such a careless attitude. They don't answer phones so check your bags before you leave or you're just going to be stuck with the wrong order

Ordering was confused and then ended up nonexistent. Got to window and they stared at us. Came off expressway and dining room was closed. It was a Saturday afternoon!!!!

This Wendys location is average. Inattentive staff. We waited at the drive thru for several minutes even talking to the speaker trying to get staff attention. We finally decided to drop up to the window, and the staff seemed annoyed. Food quality was good, but we only ordered two Frostys. We drove out of our way off I40 to get there. Will not make that effort again.

It don't matter what time of day you come for breakfast Lunch or dinner. They have the worst customer service I've delt with. I swear its like they train the employees to be cold, monotone, like they are Zombies. Its like we are bothering them. I love Wendy's but this is the worst. Its been like this for Months!! The reviews obviously dont get read by higher ups in the company. Very sad, I'd honestly rather drive 30 min longer to another Wendy's. Corporate needs to do something!!

Dad and I stopped for a drink. My suggestion, if you want people to use your automated system, make that more evident. We stood there forever, no one paying attention to us and then finally we saw their system. Not a SOUL said anything to us.

Placed a mobile order, food was missing, had to go back for that. Sat down to eat and halfway through the burger realized it was raw. Victor (night manager on 9/5/25), your crew was distracted and unfriendly. If I get sick you guys are gonna have a problem.

Went in to order after a long road trip, didn't even acknowledge us and ignored us. Not even busy, we were the only people in line.

Every single time I come here they immediately say I will be with you in a minute and they make u wait there at least 10 mins before coming back asking what u want. And I could understand if they were busy but they aren’t absolutely no cars!!! I really hope they get their shit together.
HORRIBLE experience. I was greeted by an employee who was extremely rude, shut the window on us making rude faces, not addressing our mobile order at all. Another probably 15 min later someone else came and told us they didn’t have what I ordered (this is the second time this has happened). When I asked for a refund they said they can offer me something else and I said I just want my money back and the employee told me she can’t and it wasn’t her problem. Over a 30 min wait later in the drive through they finally gave us the items they did have in our order but my kids were scared they did something to the food and wouldn’t even eat it bc of the ugly faces they were cutting through the window and how they had addressed us. They told me to come back and speak to the manager during the day for a refund. I work during the day so called cooperate and they offered a credit instead of a refund which I declined and they said they can request a refund but it will take weeks for that. 20 min on the phone and it’s still not resolved.
The wildest experience I've ever had. Maybe 1 - 2 other people in site. After waiting 10 minutes for our order, went inside to learn they hadn't even started. Alarms going off everywhere. Cooks looked under the influence. Sad and crazy experience.
