Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I don’t know what happened to this Zaxby’s! Where’s a health inspector when you need one?!? Cook handling food with no gloves, staff don’t acknowledge you when you are waiting to order, and tables are all dirty! Seriously Dissapointed! Did not order, just walked out!

I went with my family it was 5 of us first of all food was cold and we ordered some shakes wich we recived them half way with ice cream other half whipped cream our order was about 70 dollars but to eat cold food and half way milkshakes it was definetly not worth it and its not the first time our orders are like this maybe a handful of times they have actually been correct and food hot but very dissapointed

Food was amazing as always. Fries where cold. Staff wouldn't refill Ice machine. Just kept telling customers there is no ice.

Before this evening, 1/2/26 around 7:45pm, I held Zaxbys higher up than Chick-fil-A but this store changed it. The lady at the call box was rude, tried to yell at my girlfriend and I left the drive thru and went into the store to avoid a confrontation. The lady was maybe 19 years old, semi dark completion, short, stubby and heavyset. She had a massive attitude and when I talked to the manager Erik, he couldn’t be bothered. So we left. When you get a store that’s run by the average age of 20, you lose customers. Heading to Chick-fil-A for a while.

Gross!! Tables, floors counters covered in sticky dried drink, trash littered everywhere. Everyone just standing around on heir phones instead of helping people, guy in kitchen was picking his nose.
We got a refund and left since it was nasty and there was no where clean to sit.

I hate not to give a place four to five stars but it's just not there. Food was ok. I got something I didn't order but didn't even feel like telling them.

there’s a bunch of younger girls that work here at this location and they never speak to you. they’ll take your money, hand you your food, drink, and sauces without saying a word to you. no “thank you” or “have a good day” just silence and stares. they act like they are better than you and have no manners.

This is by far the worst Zaxby’s I’ve ever visited. The wait time was unacceptable, the employees were unprofessional, and the overall cleanliness was appalling. Tables were dirty, the bathroom was filthy, and the soap dispenser didn’t even work. Out of all the restaurants I’ve been to, this location ranks at the very bottom.

The place was dirty and loud with young peaple. Just walk around and walking behind the courter and get drinks and other things. The don't bring your food to the table. Needs better management .

Came here to say the same thing as others.

I pulled into the lot around 10:32pm. It doesn’t close until 11. Why is it dark? Zaxby’s sign off. Drive through lighting off. Interior lights on. Some atleast. Just advertise differently and close at 10:30 and cut shifts by 30 min and save yourself some money.

It’s 10:47 now. I’m halfway to Arby’s in Warsaw.

Oh. And the lot had no less than 6-8 vehicles in it with maybe 4-6 young people outside.

I had to check Google again. This scene made me think y’all closed at 10. Which I guess might be the idea.

This was a one off but I don’t think I’ll be visiting anymore in the future.

Oh and a lil boi was mugging me when I drove past approaching the drive through. Still wearing his headset I believe.
