Very tasty chicken and wonderful sauces. Salads were quite good as well.

Food was somewhat good and consistent like all the other zaxby's. The restaurant was well maintained. However the customer service was terrible. They put 4 meals on one tray. I asked for an additional tray and the young lady gave me attitude. Then I asked for sauces I initially requested and more attitude. Employees were cutting up and fooling around and doing everything but their job. Pretty disappointed. We visited 11/17 @ 4:12PM.

Checked google hours and 10pm was posted, 11pm for delivery. Drive through and dining room were closed at 9pm, with people inside. Definitely do not make a special trip in the evening hours, I know I won’t, because they may or may not be open.

I didn't know when you asked for extra fry seasoning (they haven't been putting hardly any on them the last couple of times) that meant you got less fry seasoning. Fries tasted like they weren't cooked enough. The food overall was just subpar, not even good really. Even the tea wasn't that great and if nothing else its usually on point.🤷‍♀️

This was the 3rd time I went there in 3 months top. And the customer service is terrible!!! The girls that be at the window and on the mic are very rude and unmotivated. With the rudest demeanor as if they could care less about being there not mention acting like they hate to serve or don’t want to serve the customers while we are paying our money for rude and unprofessional service. Awful service, awful atmosphere. If you don’t wanna serve the public, don’t get a public job find something else to do..

The chicken wings and fries were great but they put too much sauce on the wings and when I got home tonight my stomach was torn up and it felt very bad at the time. Usually the wings are great but it was too saucy and spicy. They also took 12 or 14 minutes to get my food ready.

l love this restaurant in NC but my visit yesterday was bad food is cold and service is poor. I returned the food because it was cold and it was heated for me in the microwave

Terrible experience my husband Richard Ashton just picked up our online order we made and tells me they didn’t even give him all our drinks so then he goes in and then waits forever for our drinks. Now we ordered 2 beast meal boxes and 2 kicking chicken sandwich meals. I’ve looked over my receipt more than once now and then went back online to the menu and double checked. They still didn’t even give us our sides either. Since we live about 30 mins away. He didn’t know till he got home. I tried to call to rectify this and guess what? Nobody would answer the phone and now as I’m writing this around 6pm ish I’m furious. We paid almost 50$ for meals that weren’t complete and the sandwiches were completely drenched with sauce so badly the bread was so slimy. First time I ever tried zaxbys and now I can’t believe I wasted 50$ on this to not even get what I paid for. It’s so bad I should dispute it with visa. I would tell no one to go there!!! Lack of accountability is what it is

So I been coming here about 3 years. Most people know me in there because my shaved head but either way I came today and got a grilled Cobb and wings and things nuclear. Well I had a tiny handful of fries that had to much seasoning on them like it was the last at the bottom of your fry warmer and no coleslaw. Which is the reason I'm mainly writing this review which I hate doing. I've worked restaruants and QSR most my life until recently so I know how it is but come on the wings and things meal is pretty expensive and to leave coleslaw out plus a tiny handful of overly overly seasoned fries is kind of a joke. I'm not worried about the skimp looking salad because I got the meat on the side so thats probably the reason. Only reason I left a 2 star because the guy who I gave phone to pay for meal " tap pay" he was cool and nice. Next time I'll leave my Trump flag out the window or just come inside and we can avoid this in the future.

The food tasted good but the chicken fingers were literally 2 inches long, definitely not worth money. Next time going to Bojangles or Hardee’s
