Not many options in Wanchese on a Sunday. We decided to try here for lunch. Service was friendly and food came out quickly. Dining area was clean and had a fair amount of seating. The food tasted good but the portions were kind of small. One of the hush puppies we had was still raw in the middle. The food did come out warm and tasted fresh though.
The food here is unbelievably delicious. Best fish and chips I have ever tasted in more years than I care to remember of chowing down on fish and chips. The staff here is remarkably kind, helpful, and friendly. Wonderful ambience as well. Wish I had found this place sooner!
Small marina restaurant, only the entry seating was open when we got there (close to closing). There was a larger dining room and bar area, just wasnt open when we visited. I had bay scallop basket, they were outstanding. Partner had 1 lb of steamed shrimp, they were also done perfectly.
