The ketchup dispenser was not working properly, the team leader explained to me that was because I didn’t do it hard enough. Then gave me a wasteful pile of ketchup and assorted sauces. Not pleasantly. Sandwich assembly was sloppy. $15.

Food was okay. But when walked up to the cash register to order, with no one behind me in line, the manager walks up, removes the cash register while lady was in middle of taking my order. I then had to wait 5 mins for him to count his register and return it, so the lady could ring me up and finish my order

Milkshake and slush/lemonade machines were down. 🫤 Cashier failed to offer promotional offer that was basically what I ordered off the dollar menu. Paid same price and got less. Food was good however. I gave the bell a ring ding dong on my way out.

I think this is one of the best Arby's in my area it's always clean they are very expedient they are polite always have smiles and the food is always hot and tastes fresh

Stopped in craving a beef n cheddar . I was hungry and went for the 1/2 pounder. The stacking of the sandwich and cheese made it slide all apart! I still enjoyed ? it - with many napkins.
I used the drive thru. Over the past few months I stopped going due to staff acting like it was an annoyance to serve food. Yesterday, I tried again and the drive thru staff were wonderful!! They were nice and happy to be there. The food was perfect and fresh. I got the potato cakes. I had to wait a little bit, but I didn't mind. They were hot, crisp, and not greasy. They were delicious! I will be going back again soon!! I got a double roast beef and the meat was evenly distributed like staff cared about what they were serving. It was a refreshing experience.
