Bojangles is absolutely delicious. Unfortunately, they are consistently inconsistent. Every time I pay for extra sauce, I never receive it. 99% of the time i do not receive the free sauce either and have to go back around. It's so consistent, that i wonder if it's not intentional. The food is so good, but this location probably owes me quite a few dozens of dollars in missing honey mustard. I cant be the only one this happens to. This has been consistent since I was a child. I understand sauce is expensive, but do you really have to steal from poor people to save a few dollars? I'm sorry if I'm paranoid, but for this to be such an ongoing issue it's kinda impossible to be an accident .
Edit: I'm changing my 5 star review to 3 star after learning they made my boyfriend walk inside to get food that i ordered online and wouldn't let him use the drive thru.

The same Bojangles I have been going to that takes my phone at the window & taps to pay because I am not giving anybody at the window my physical card with all the picture taking & fraud that happens at restaurants tells me they can’t tap my card all the sudden. It was a heavy set biscuit looking woman at the first window that was very rude & told me I would have to come inside in the rain to tap my card to pay.

I couldn't use my tap to pay because it's an Android??? She said they have no problems with the Apple IPhone.

I went there in a hurry through the drive-thru. When I took a bite into my biscuit it wasn't hot it was cold. Almost like you pulled it out of the fridge cold. Disgusting. Obviously management doesn't give a crap about quality or making sure people don't get sick. Do not waste your money going there

I placed a mobile at 10:02 on a Sunday otw to the store so it would be ready we got there about 1015 i waited in line til 1045 before I finally got my food. They ran out of biscuits and hadn't even started my food when we got there. Manger gave a "I DONT CARE IF YOU MAD IM GETTING PAID" cause I and the while line behind me was getting agitated along with the drive thru. We had to leave with the food cause we were now late for church. We found hair in 2 biscuits, the sweet teas I ordered had tea flacks in them.

Found maggots in my sweet tea and they get maggots out of their sweet tea and still serve it to customers! Would give 0 stars but have to but rates!!!! I’m so disappointed and disgusted

I went there today and ordered chicken. I decided to change my order to where I got more chicken. The girl gave me the new price but gave us the less amount of chicken. My Aunt paid for the chicken. She later checked her transactions on her bank account. She was charged the price for the bigger amount of chicken .The thing is the receipt showed the lesser price. This is sneaky and not professional. The only reason we didn't open the box of chicken before leaving was because it was for someone else. When we watched them open it, we saw that we weren't given the right amount of chicken. This is unacceptable. Sad to say I would not have come to this location if I had read the reviews first. It seems like there has been lots of problems at this location.

Got the tailgate 8 piece going through the drive through. Came in a big easy to carry box. Food tasted amazing, and was piping hot as expected!

The cashier told us to pull forward to a parking space out of the drive thru. Didn’t tell us how long of a wait it would be. We sat there for 40 minutes from 6:43 to 7:22, eventually we went inside and we told the lady we been waiting 40 minutes. She didn’t apologize just handed us our food and when we got back to the car and started eating it was very cold and greasy. So obviously they forgot about us after they told us to pull up.
