I placed a mobile at 10:02 on a Sunday otw to the store so it would be ready we got there about 1015 i waited in line til 1045 before I finally got my food. They ran out of biscuits and hadn't even started my food when we got there. Manger gave a "I DONT CARE IF YOU MAD IM GETTING PAID" cause I and the while line behind me was getting agitated along with the drive thru. We had to leave with the food cause we were now late for church. We found hair in 2 biscuits, the sweet teas I ordered had tea flacks in them.

Found maggots in my sweet tea and they get maggots out of their sweet tea and still serve it to customers! Would give 0 stars but have to but rates!!!! I’m so disappointed and disgusted

I went there today and ordered chicken. I decided to change my order to where I got more chicken. The girl gave me the new price but gave us the less amount of chicken. My Aunt paid for the chicken. She later checked her transactions on her bank account. She was charged the price for the bigger amount of chicken .The thing is the receipt showed the lesser price. This is sneaky and not professional. The only reason we didn't open the box of chicken before leaving was because it was for someone else. When we watched them open it, we saw that we weren't given the right amount of chicken. This is unacceptable. Sad to say I would not have come to this location if I had read the reviews first. It seems like there has been lots of problems at this location.

The cashier told us to pull forward to a parking space out of the drive thru. Didn’t tell us how long of a wait it would be. We sat there for 40 minutes from 6:43 to 7:22, eventually we went inside and we told the lady we been waiting 40 minutes. She didn’t apologize just handed us our food and when we got back to the car and started eating it was very cold and greasy. So obviously they forgot about us after they told us to pull up.

How they don’t have nosides at 5 pm and they just don’t give u a discount and I’m with no sides and 20 pice of chicken
Stood and waited for 2 items that were sitting on a tray right in front of me.While all the customers were served their food.The young girl kept going back and forth with The tray. I wanted to see how long she would have me stand there before giving me my tray. It wasn't that busy. She just didn't know what she was doing, but I doubt if I will go here again.
Ordered a chicken filet biscuit. What I got was the chewyest, most dry chicken biscuit I ever got!!!!! The biscuit was so thin it was like it wasn't even there!!!?? Plus I ordered a pepsi and got a diet pepsi instead!! Pathetic service, won't be back!!!

This location deserves 0 stars. My Husband and I waited in line between 30 - 40 mins to wait on our order. My Husband goes inside to check on our order and gets told they gave it away. The Manager had the nastiest attitude ever. We will not be returning for bad customer service. I have had multiple people including co workers complain about this location. I refuse to pay for nasty attitudes. What happened to putting the customer first. We are the reason this company gets money and they get a paycheck. New building for bad customer service is horrible. I will let people know to avoid this location unless they want to pay for bad service.

On a Saturday the 6th the lobby looked horrible. Trash cans were running over bad. And underneath them were also running over. Poor service by the Manger Makayla. I went to get a refill on my drink she went passed me 4 time on Purpose. I waited Patiently and so another woman got me the refill and Makayla told her that I couldn't wait. Which I was waiting Patiently. I don't bother no one . I mind my own business. Everyone knows that I do. She was also cussing at all her employees and a customer. The customer wasn't taking that so she cussed her right back. She even said that she was going to get me band. And I did nothing wrong. One employee said that I didn't and 3 costumers said the same thing. I have pictures. I have turned her in twice. And now I'm doing it again. I'm not going to Tolerate this rudeness to me . I was even told that all that she was doing to me was not right. And I shouldn't be banned for something I haven't done. These are the pictures of how bad the lobby looked. Other customers were Complaining.
