This is the WORST bojangles I have EVER had to pickup food to deliver from or try to order from. The staff up front is never the same but the work ethic is. 10-15 people at an average trying to get their food they ordered 30 minutes ago. They take at a minimum of 25 minutes to get an order out upfront or doordash delivery. Do not reccomend.

Somehow when they remodel it became the slowest bojangles in the world. The workers try, but something is just real slow. Pepsi was pure syrup. Couldn't drink it.

I like Bojangles but since they changed their chicken in the supreme meal boxes and all of the chicken is so spicy hot im just not the fan of it anymore.. I much prefer the country style chicken tenders and I know a lot of people who say the same NOT EVERYONE LIKES HOT N SPICY..

Want a little something but not pay alot, you can get a kids 2 pc chicken tender or a chicken legs meal for like $5.25 and comes with a side, biscuit and a drink and is plenty. Don't forget the honey mustard š
My mother just went to bojangles to get my kids lunch from this location at 1pm on Nov. 1st 2025. My kids love bojangles but we might have to drive to Chocowhinity next time. She had to wait in line for over 25mins then when she got the food it was the wrong order. Come to find out they gave it to the car waiting infront of them. So they asked her what she ordered then remade it, then they jammed it all into one bag. when she arrived back home we found they didnt give her a receipt and also we were missing our kids Cajun filet and my 2 sausage biscuits. Not real sure on how you get the refund for something you dont have a receipt for.

They had bought Bojangles for work the other day and my chicken was undercooked
Went to Bojangles today on my lunch break, but it was around about 730 tonight and pacifically asked for 2 thighs in my two-piece dinner. The young man that was at the back window, repeated my order and did it correctly. I get to the front window to get my food. I leave get back to work in just to see that I didnāt get what I asked for. I got a breast in a leg and I got a two-piece dark so I called for 20 minutes straight. I call for 20 minutes straight. No one answers the phone is very ridiculous. No, it wasnāt very busy. They didnāt even have nothing but one car in the drive-through when I ordered it so itās no way that my order shouldāve got messed up and thereās no way possible that no one is answering the phone. I will be returning tomorrow with my receipt to get my correct order.

After getting part of my order at the drive-thru window, I waited in the parking lot for over twenty minutes, waiting for the rest. I finally went inside, where other frustrated customers were waiting. An employee handed me what was supposed to be the rest of my order. When I got home, only part of it was there, and the fries were cold.
