Food is good. They are actually very stingy with sauces. With prices as high as they are nowadays ...you would think they could give you a free sauce when buying a combo. I was told they will only give free sauce for chicken tenders.
New building, dame lackluster service. Literally sat in the drive through line for 27 minutes (there were other cars there too, but the places wasnt busting at the seams with customers). No explanation, no apologies. Cool food, so it wasn't a "we were cooking it" issue. There was, however, a lot of laughing, pointing, talking and general socialization amongst staff, as opposed to actual work going on.There's a reason we stopped eating there before the remodel, I guess the reason still stands.

Quality seems to be slipping. We had a sausage biscuit meal and husband had biscuits and gravy. The biscuits were very hard. I only ate half of biscuit. We asked for decaf coffees. Guess they were low because literally we each got a half cup. 11.00 and you can go anywhere for breakfast. We will stay away awhile. Things should improve with enough complaints.Vegetarian options: There are several biscuits without meat and a macaroni and cheese. I love the blueberry biscuit.Dietary restrictions: Not a place for dietary. Plenty of salt, very breaded chicken, which we pull off. They can make a plain egg biscuit.Parking: Lots of free parking. Always a line at drive up window so need to be careful. Several exits. MGMT tried to plan for safety. Often busy and need to be alert.

Waiting in line... so far I've waited 25 minutes at drive thru & am still 3 cars back from window. Window lady is nice & apologetic, but not her fault.

From walking into the door until getting food was 35 minutes. Very disorganized. Some of the items were cold.

Waited 15 min in line to order and then waited another for food
Made me wait over 30 minutes for some Bo rounds, then lost my order.

Consistently the slowest drive thru in town. Tenth car in line, took over 20 minutes to get a cajun filet and bo rounds.

I have waited 30 minutes just to order then waited 25 more minutes just to pay and car in front of me had no cars in front of them. Their productivity needs improvement!
