Boss Hog's Chicken & BBQ

Very disappointed.!! No prices listed anywhere so you look stupid going down the list of 6 large menu boards trying to figure out what you can afford. Food is served in VERY THIN cardboard dishes. Everything is in its own little paper box basily. We got hamburger steak with gray and rice and two sides for $12.99, drinks are extra. The gray was soaking into the container as we ate. It was all served on a metal 9x13 baking dish: Food wasn’t even hot,

Easily the worst meal we've had in Washington by far. No prices listed for anything, confusing menu about sides and what's included. Got charged $23 apiece for 1/2 lb brisket - just meat, no sides, no bread or anything else. The sides we thought were included (standard practice at BBQ places, right?) were extra charges. Meal served in cardboard trays. The brisket was *literally* 50% fat! The sides were lackluster. This would be disappointing at any price, but at these premium charges it's criminal. Any fast food joint serves far better food than this for 1/4 the price. Save your money, time, and digestion - go someplace else.

Upfront they have no prices listed. Yes it has a nicer look to the inside but the prices are outrageous now. $6+ for a small piece of dessert! $20 for a half rack of ribs! Over $15 for “a pound of bbq” which we measured the weight and it was under 14ounces. My hamburger steak was kinda burned outside and pinkish inside. Will likely not go back and it’s sad as it was a family favorite place for good quality priced food.

Whether I have dined in or got it to go the food is always hot and delicious!! Can't beat the fast and friendly service either!!

Decent BBQ joint, with a deli style build your plate system. Meat was good but a little over cooked (from sitting under a heat lamp) and they could give more sauce but foe the price it was a decent amount of food. Dine atmosphere wad a bit bare bones and felt more like a cafeteria than anything else.

Ordered the ribs & fried chicken plate. Ribs were hard as a puck and cold. The chicken a bit better but nothing to write home about. Asked if fresh ribs would be coming out, I was offered a replacement. Tried the brisket, which was flavorless. For $30, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

You need to check the prices before paying. The drive thru sign prices are in error and management does not care and very rude.

A delightful find as we drove north on US-17. The chicken was delicious and the sides were good. Recommended.

First time eating here. I was surprised there were no prices on the menu board. So we didn't know what anything cost. The food was kinda cold, but the ribs had a good taste to them. We tried it because we were from out of town. The ladies were nice but the food was disappointing overall.
