“Service and food was wonderful. Walked into the restaurant to Ashley warmly wishing departing guests safe travels and hopes to see them again. Then, she and Amiya greeted my family with smiles and genuinely upbeat personalities.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, like seasonal food popularity and the import worker strike, some items on the menu were unavailable. We ordered items and post checkout, discovered an item had just run out. This didn't stop the excellent customer service aimed at providing a very pleasant dining experience.

Akeem and Amiya worked together to make an exchange. This meant they had additional work but there was no change to facial expressions, vocal tones or body language. This staff wanted to ensure the customers enjoyed themselves and their food.

I loved how Amiya took the initiative to place a single kids crown on each table. This uncluttered the front counter yet made the desired wearable accessible for parents. The backline and cooking area was clean and maintained while we were there. Food was prepared fresh and to order. Fresh fries, cookies and cold Hershey pies were accompanied by well stacked Impossible Whoppers and a clean drink station.

We came to the area to hike at a local state park and stopped at this Burger King on our way home. When we next return to the area, we will come back to this business. The excellence role modeled in management is demonstrated in the crew and shines beyond the reach of the well illuminated and clean parking lot.

“Holy mackerel, this restaurant had the best meal I've ever eaten. Truly.

My husband and I split an order of peel & eat shrimp as an appetizer. Omg. So good. The old bay and butter complimented them perfectly.

I had the catfish po boy with a side of pasta salad, and also added a side of cinnamon apples, with sweet tea to drink.
My husband got the Cajun catfish with pasta and had fries on the side, because we were dying to try their come back sauce.

Literally everything was perfect. I have never had catfish that was breaded and fried so lightly and beautifully, with just the right amount of crisp. The pasta salad was exactly what I was expecting, and the apples rounded out my meal with the perfect amount of sweetness.

It was divine. ☺️ I can't wait to go back.“

“I have to admit, when you pull up to this drive thru and look at the menu, it can be overwhelming. There is a lot to choose from. The staff were friendly and walked me through how to order. You can get plates or with different size burgers and toppings. That part is really cool. You can customize your burger.
There is no indoor seating and a couple tables outside only. The drive thru got my order correct and it was served hot“

“I have visited this Hardee’s many times and seems to really be going down hill with service! The facelift of the store looks great but they need to treat customers with at least a smile and maybe a thank you would be nice! Went today and drive thru was BAD! I gave her my order at drive thru and said ti hear Thank you! She said pull up! She took my money and walked away not saying one word and walked away. Another lady handed me my order! She was just plain Rude!!! She needs to work in a factory not the public!!! I’ve worked in retail all my life and I know how people can treat you but I gave her no reason to be so RUDE! Thanx“

“It’s 6pm on a Saturday & this was the best burger & chicken nuggets I’ve had at any McDonalds in years. I’m a frequent visitor because I’m on the road up & down the East coast from Maine to Florida. I’d rather order at the counter but my son likes to use the kiosk. The order was almost ready before we found a seat. The staff are friendly & helpful. 4 of 5 stars only because the horizontal surfaces could be cleaner but many of the messes could also have been cleaned up by the citizens that caused them. I’ll never understand how people leave spills & trash everywhere when they eat out. I wonder if they do the same at home. I wish yall had a few TVs with sports & news on them too😁. Thanks for the nuggs.“
