Placed an order and realized I missed pepperoni on a pizza so I called to try and fix it, and they hung up on me twice. Since I had already paid went in about 2 minutes later and I had the absolute worst service by the manager. After telling me it would take forever because they had a lot of orders though the app said 10 more minutes, I asked for a refund. He rolled his eyes, and after I asked for a receipt for the refund, since it would take 3-5 business days, he kept insisting they didn’t give any. I then asked if he could give me a copy of the receipt with his signature stating he refused and gave me a receipt of the voided order. Over all a terrible experience in my opinion. If you can’t work with the public maybe you shouldn’t.

Tried to call in for a pickup order. Computer answered and put me on hold. Finally a person picked up and put me on hold immediately. Held for another five minutes. Will never use Domino's again if they can't teach a person how to answer the phone and take an order!

Washington nc domino's is horrible. Whomever the lady is working there in Sunday December 1st needs to be fired. Rude beyond belief. Dominos was always my favorite. Will never eat there again

I have nothing but problems with the place this last this I wait a hour for my order I live 5 minutes away from the store I sat at the front door since the delivery driver was out for delivery for them to never show up and cancel my order this place really needs to get it together
