It takes them longer than an hour to make a pizza and some wings. Go literally anywhere else.

I only put one star because I had to to be able to leave a review. My wife and I got a two topping pizza last night. It was way overcooked and burnt! A DiGiorno's pizza or a Little Caesars Pizza would have been much better than that garbage! This will be my last time ordering anything from dominos!

The pizza is good if hot! The manager at night with the bad attitude is terrible for the one in Washington nc.Everytime I order and he is working the place is chaotic and his attitude is very unprofessional. All my orders are bad when he is working.
I dont know what is so hard about including the sauce that is supposed to come on the garlic tots. We order this every time for the last 2 years and now they simply can't handle it. Once an employee argued with my husband saying it went on before the oven which it never had before, then he DOUSED it with sauce so they were totally inedible. We did not order again for a very long time and it sounds like we are not the only people who are fully unimpressed by this so called business. Terrible attitude and complete lack of professionalism.

2nd time here I’ve had a bad experience. Several weeks ago I ordered a supreme pizza online….the pizza had a special price. When I came to pick it up it was more than twice the online price. I was told they don’t honor “that special “ so I walked out without paying. Today I ordered 2 desserts. When I came in the snippy girl working (around 12:30 pm, she was young, light brown hair with glasses ). They couldn’t find my order , she asked the guy where my order was, he didn’t know so they started making my order )The guy making the pizza was mocking her and giving an eye roll . I told her to cancel because I had to leave. I was waiting for her to come back to refund my money and another customer came in and said they had the wrong order (they ordered 5 pizzas) , it was my order 2 lava cakes and 2 brownies. How can that be mistaken for 5 pizzas. The final straw was the snippy unprofessional attitude of the female cashier. When I said this is ridiculous , she wouldn’t ring up the food just started arguing and asking me what did I say, what did I say several times. Rather then apologize for the mistake she was very defensive and totally unprofessional and disrespectful. She needs some training in customer service skills and leaning how to fix the problem vs arguing .

When I got there to pick it up I was told it wasn’t ready yet although I was a bit late. I sat in the store for 5 min saw an order which looked like what I ordered. The employee went out came back asked my name again then told me it had been sitting there after all. My pizza was not warm at all had to reheat it. Not impressed.

S.L.O.W. Ordered carry out wings. Was told 20-25 minutes. 50 minutes later I was told they were still on the prep line.
Several customers canceled their orders after waiting so long. Came back with tital time of order being 65 minutes and they were ready.Wings were sparsely covered in sauce. Wont be back.

Placed an order and realized I missed pepperoni on a pizza so I called to try and fix it, and they hung up on me twice. Since I had already paid went in about 2 minutes later and I had the absolute worst service by the manager. After telling me it would take forever because they had a lot of orders though the app said 10 more minutes, I asked for a refund. He rolled his eyes, and after I asked for a receipt for the refund, since it would take 3-5 business days, he kept insisting they didn’t give any. I then asked if he could give me a copy of the receipt with his signature stating he refused and gave me a receipt of the voided order. Over all a terrible experience in my opinion. If you can’t work with the public maybe you shouldn’t.

Good Pizza, speedy service.
Tried to call in for a pickup order. Computer answered and put me on hold. Finally a person picked up and put me on hold immediately. Held for another five minutes. Will never use Domino's again if they can't teach a person how to answer the phone and take an order!
