Good service & a great, friendly atmosphere. Always get good specialty coffees. The girls that work here are sweet & curteous.

Coffee is good, service could be a little faster and would be much better with a drive thru option, when on the go. Great place to relax with the comfortable seating options.
update now have drive thru :)

We ordered one cappuccino foamy, and one cappuccino flat. The foamy one was pretty good, but the flat one was just way too much milk and very little espresso. When I asked what kind of beans they used, I was told she could not tell me, but they were Mexican in origin.. Very interesting. Don’t customers deserve to know what they’re drinking? Girls were friendly, but we won’t be back.
Wow, you don't feel comfortable giving tap water to customers? How bad is water quality here?
Great coffee. Great food. Dog friendly in the patio and a little more than usual inside.

We have yet to find really good coffee in Washington, North Carolina so the fact that giddy up coffee House has mediocre coffee is not a surprise. When I got rung up for my two $3 coffees, I was surprised that it was $7.79. I didn't want to share my email address or my phone number with them. So I asked if I could get a paper receipt so I could see what the extra charges were for. The people at the counter seem flabbergasted and said they couldn't give me a paper receipt. I suggested maybe just write it down on a piece of paper. I did say I was confused about the total and that's why I had wanted a receipt, thinking maybe it was a unmentioned service charge for using a credit card, but I watched her write down $0.80 for double cream! Since when do coffee shops charge you for the cream and sugar?? I had also asked for a glass of water. She said we have bottled water. I said can't you just put some water from the sink in a cup? Apparently they can't do that. I get charging me $0.10 or $0.20 for the cup, but seriously you can't take a cup. Charge me $0.20 and put some water in it. Maybe it's an inventory control thing. I think the shop is struggling financially, maybe because it's a bad location. We've walked by this shop several times and have never seen more than one or two cars in the parking lot. I wish them luck and hope they do well but they're not going to do it by nickel and diming people by charging them for cream and sugar, and not letting them get a glass of sink water.

A very pleasing aesthetic once you walk inside. They def nailed down fall vibes. The coffee was great i just got a cold brew with coconut and vanillas, and the bagel was normal. Just know that they don't put the cream cheese on the bagel for you, so if your plan was to eat and drive then don't get a bagel, or maybe ask for them to do it for you. ?

We come here least 3 times a week, I am sure there's others go twice a day....
But there's a reason. The flavored coffees are off the hook good. We've had them all, even all the way both hot and iced. They're always friendly. Note, if you visit often get the coffee rewards card. After 10, you get $5 off

It's my first time going. The wait wasn’t long, but I probably would've pulled off if I was heading to work. The opening hours should be moved to 6 a.m. because people are reporting to the hospital, Walmart, PCS, county jobs, and traveling to work further. The 7 a.m. time frame accommodates local people who have an 8 a.m. reporting to work time. I had a large vanilla iced coffee with cream. I’m not the one who complains about the price, but I feel I need a larger cup, especially for people who love coffee. I will visit again, and understandably you can’t satisfy everybody but no issues, just my opinion! Congrats on 2nd location in Washington.
