I love Hardee's, but my experience was less than great. I specifically asked for my meal to be made to order fully for prepared to wait. Long story it wasn't made to order and my sides were tepid. I doubt the care about one customer and it shows but they lost my business.

Horrible experience ordered four apple turnovers. I was informed it’ll take 8 minutes to cook. I sat there for 20 minutes until I decided to go inside. No one inside but one customer waiting and still no customer service. I finally informed the cashier that I’ve been waiting no apologies and left with three under cooked apple turnovers. Should have just got a refund for all four.

Service was ok but they still got my order wrong.......food was lukewarm and the burgers I received they got the order wrong.......I was very disappointed.....they basically gave me old food and I'm pissed. Next time I go in there imma sure let them know they have some lazy azz workers.

my buddy ordered his meal before myself and another friend. we were nearly finished before he received his food which was 2 wraps. Went up to Ask for a sauce and the dude in the front didn’t look at me for 15 minutes. Two people left before they even ordered because no one paid attention to them.
People were rude, food was lukewarm. I think the lady that took my order Would rather be having a root canal than be there.

Came in .I told them I wanted fresh eggs on the grill .Lady told me they just came up. I said ok .But I didn't get fresh eggs . Does this look like fresh . Hell No .Not dark yellow .They need to get it together .There's always a issue when I come here. And ask for something cooked fresh .They have attitudes in here. If you ask for something special. I'm paying for it . So it should be cooked the way I ask .So they gave me the ones that were already sitting in the front .And they are prejudice as well .And that's Bs .You don't act this way with your customers I have already report them a while back with a supervisor. And I hope they read this message.And I will come back again. But before I leave, I will check it next time and make sure my stuff is right. They need New managers in here
