Need more work on the morning fried eggs. They need to be fresh NOT HARD! Biscuits need to be soft inside and lightly golden brown on the outside. Also too many cars have to be pulled for waiting.

We placed an online order with 2 breakfast combos and 2 extra single biscuits. After picking up in the drive thru, we realized we were missing 2 orders of hash browns for the combos. Going in, it seemed a little chaotic. The employees were confused about what I was trying to convey. One said I received the wrong order and proceeded to prepare everything again. I waited patiently. After about 5 more minutes my order was presented to me. I’m checked to verify accuracy. The biscuits were wrapped identically so I had to unwrap each and examine the chicken to determine which was which.
The food was delicious but probably won’t order ahead in the app at this location.

Got the 5 piece tender platter and piece tender platter. Chicken tenders were hard tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. The Texas toast that came with the latter was just bread with butter on it. I'm glad this is the only time I will be in this area because I will not be back. The food was not good.

food was shriveled and stone cold. French fries were barely warm. When I brought it in to them and asked if it was supposed to look like They acted like I was being very unreasonable.
I love Hardee's, but my experience was less than great. I specifically asked for my meal to be made to order fully for prepared to wait. Long story it wasn't made to order and my sides were tepid. I doubt the care about one customer and it shows but they lost my business.

Horrible experience ordered four apple turnovers. I was informed it’ll take 8 minutes to cook. I sat there for 20 minutes until I decided to go inside. No one inside but one customer waiting and still no customer service. I finally informed the cashier that I’ve been waiting no apologies and left with three under cooked apple turnovers. Should have just got a refund for all four.

Service was ok but they still got my order wrong.......food was lukewarm and the burgers I received they got the order wrong.......I was very disappointed.....they basically gave me old food and I'm pissed. Next time I go in there imma sure let them know they have some lazy azz workers.
