Double cheeseburgers are not good at this location. Fries were cold. I wouldn't recommend this location.

Was told my total was $7.46 for the $5.99 meal because I ordered 2 doubles when it does not say that on the sign & I ordered the same thing on the app that cost $6.39 same size same way. No coupons. These people are crooks that work there and I won’t return to this location. Imagine how many people they do this to in a day upping the price right at $1 extra….hmmmm

I called to get food but the worker hung up and I cried myself to sleep while eating zaxbys instead because zaxbys was always better..
Your food taste like rotten infected sour pickles that have been sitting in my office for 24 years.
Had me sitting in the drive thru for 45 mins I had to back up and tell them I was waiting for my order…that’s when they decide to make it… This Hardee’s have a bunch of kids that play and don’t take it serious

This place obviously has a bad reputation for the bad attitudes and poor quality of food an service from past reviews and most recent reviews. I just left there today on 12/06/24 and was handed drinks, told to park. Parked, waited over 15 minutes, I had to go inside as everyone was getting their food before us in the drive through while we were still waiting. I go inside and the big girl with the red/ black hair was being as slow as she could be making the shakes, she didn’t fill them all the way up like I paid for, she put a dot of whip cream in them sloppily and she tried to hand them off to me MELTED. It was sloshing around melted like they had been sitting the entire time. When I asked for them to fix the shakes and replace the melted one. She was running her mouth saying they are all melted and didn’t want to fix it. Than she ran her mouth some more about how I asked for her to fix the whip cream which she half *** did. My food was cold and sitting in a bag on a bag rack the whole time while all the employees were standing around goofing off and talking to each other doing nothing and talking about wanting $0.75 off of cheese so he didn’t have to pay for it. As well as being slow taking their time. Nobody cared that the food didn’t make it to the customer and was sitting. It was filthy inside and there were 5 employees standing around. People needed help. We’re waiting. I had been there far too long waiting and my food was ruined. An than I was disrespected by being talked about for wanting what I paid for and my food fixed. The big girl with the red/ black hair only cared about helping someone get something they weren’t supposed to have from the back and wanting to go home early. Lazy. I won’t be back.

Ordered 2 big bag meals with double cheese burgers and hot ham and cheese. Both burgers when I got them had hard buns on top. Returned to counter, they remade them and when I sat down to eat the cheese wasn't even melted on the burgers. Both were cold. This resturant needs to be closed down. My last three visits were the same. I'm through with hardees.
