Hibachi Japan

I ordered Teriyaki Chicken and when I got back to my room with it there was no sauce, I asked if I could bring it back and they said yes. I bring it to them and he says open the box, like the food is maybe still warm at this point but I’m like “…” so he pours some sauce on top of the chicken but not much so I asked for a little more, he puts like 2 more drops. When I got back to my room the second time, the food was barely warm. It was salty, not very flavorful, couldn’t finish it because it just wasn’t good. I also had ordered tempura vegetables and there is no tempura sauce and the breading seemed like regular panko. I wouldn’t recommend.

The food is fabulous. service is excellent with a cozy atmosphere. Only complaint I have is the amount of food per cost, it is delicious but skimpy on the amount for the cost. The sushi is fairly priced and delicious as well.

We just eat here just now. It was a horrible experience. My husband was very disappointed,he did'nt even finished his food.He ordered chicken and steak. But not good. It's not what we expect. My daughter had udon!But she said no taste at all! I ordered Ramen, i am expecting a real/authentic ramen but they served me a Ramen that we can buy from walmart,the noodles one! We'll never come back here. This will be our first and last!It's a trash! We should just have eat in Akai Japan near in Walmart,where we always eat. I just take a try it here but hell no i'll never ever be back here.

We have been coming here for years. The food and service was always good
Over the past year the food, prices, quantity, and service have gone down. Tonight was the last time as they lost several customers. I have a food allergy that I always make them aware of. My order was white rice, no soy, with zucchini. What I got was soy, fried rice and no zucchini. This is 3 times in a row. My sons order didn't even fill up the sections in the plate. They have also become stingy with the white sauce. It's like everytime you order your order is the same but the plate is always different. To pay as much as we do and to have the order wrong several times in a row is just ridiculous. I kept giving them chances because they used to be so good. I can't continue to eat here after get the food allergy has been wrong this many times though.

Asian staff can’t speak any Japanese. I can minimally because I work for a large Japanese corporation. Nothing special about the food, it’s just a good value but bland. Decor needs updating and is worn out with minimal quality furnishings and minimal lighting.

Teriyaki chicken had no flavor at all. Fried rice looked like white rice with a little soy sauce. And who the hell charges for white sauce anyway? Place is a joke.

I travel for work and eat at so many different Asian restaurants I've never left a review before. This was absolute garbage. I ordered an 11 dollar "ramen" that was just a pack of top ramen with a single piece of broccoli and white onions in it. Horrid and I feel robbed and they were so rude. My father ordered chicken and fried rice and it was just white rice with soy sauce on it. This place is the worst Asian food I've ever had in my life will never come back.
