My first time in for a burger. I’ve been hearing great reviews & I must say Huckle Burger lived up to the hype with their Smash Burger!! I love a good, juicy, messy burger & this filled the bill! The tastiest burger I’ve had in a while.

Autumn is a great server. The cooks were delightful. The side salad is has the items other than just cucumbers , lettuce ,tomatoes, and onions.

I came here as a last minute decision for lunch since I’m not familiar with the town and safe to say I had a fantastic experience. I had a very nice young lady named Brianna as my server and she had a very pleasant smile and nice attitude. I will be coming back again if I’m ever in the town.

When I first started eating here in 2024, shortly after they opened, the experience was delightful. The doors were opened for me, and I was greeted by employees in a welcoming and respectful manner. However, I stopped eating there for a while to monitor my diet more closely, as I truly love and adore my body.
Months later, when I decided to eat there again, I noticed that the service had declined. It became difficult to place orders over the phone, as my calls often went unanswered. On two occasions, I received the wrong order, despite ordering something as simple as a burger, fries, and a drink. I’m not sure how much simpler I could have made it. Perhaps next time, I’ll need to write my order down on a notepad and hand it to them.
Additionally, there was an incident where my burger was made incorrectly. When they “corrected” my order, they proceeded to give me two sides of fries instead. Please tighten up, Huckleburger. I know no business is perfect, but I believe you can do better.

Heard rumor that Huckle Burger had breakfast on Saturday Sunday Monday. I had eggs, bacon and 3 French toast for $10. It was delicious. Had a good size coffee. Service was great, Thank you PS Google shows that it’s closed but it’s not

On yesterday, several team members and I ordered lunch. I wanted a chicken cheesesteak. I immediately noticed that my sandwich looked a little off and upon taking one bite, realized that something was different. The taste was off, the color was off, everything! I immediately called and spoke with someone who told me to bring the sandwich back and they would prepare another. After I got off work, I took the sandwich back and was told to come back within 24 hours, since I did not want a sandwich for dinner. Upon returning today, I was met by the same friendly crew member (who remembered me) and had my order re-made. The other crewmember who was there yesterday greeted me and said to me that she “hoped this was much better.” I am thankful to the staff who were understanding and courteous about the situation. I have to admit, the sandwich was the chicken cheesesteak that I always get! I am so glad that Huckle burger was able to make this right, and that the crew was amazing about it.

We have eaten here 3 times, first time was excellent, 2nd time I was served a chicken burger that was raw in middle and tonight I was served shrimp with the poo sacks intact. Unfortunately I had eaten some before I realized, so disgusted and disappointed.
I ordered a bbq bacon burger and got a plain cheeseburger that wasn’t even cooked! This is the second time I ordered this and got the same thing! I will never order from here again!!

My husband and I checked out the Washington NC Huckleburger 10/3/24. It was delicious food cooked excellent, wait staff extremely nice ,helpful , very nice experience at this location as well as the one in Greenville NC . Definitely gonna be back . The place was extremely busy , the girls and guys were all on their toes waiting on everyone , we got our food very quickly even though the place was busting with people . Hot and delicious . Very Satisfied customers .. our first time at the Washington NC location , looking forward to more , and the food prices were great as well . Thanks for everything Huckleburger .

Food was great! Service was phenomenal but none of the cooks had beard nets or hairnets. Also no gloves! The cooks were fast and food was good but as someone who has been in the food industry there was zero care about ServSafe standard operating procedures... 😳

I have visited 3 times, 2nd time I was given a raw chicken burger and tonight I was presented with shrimp that still had poo sacks. Unfortunately I had already eaten some before I realized. I am disgusted that food restaurant would serve shrimp like this to unsuspecting customers. 🤢🤢
