8 pm and waiting on chicken to be cooked, customer service was the worst ive ever seen at a KFC, place was nasty, employees attitude was crappy because I didn't want dark meat. Seemed to piss them off. Will never go here again Bojangles just got another customer. Just brought my food out and had to ask what I ordered 4th time repeating my order. 2nd time bringing food didn't know if they got order right getting ready to leave and they brought food out. Never again don't recommend to anyone.

Ordered online pick up for the first time . I got the 8 piece family meal and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh everything was ! It was way better than when I ordered at the window !

Had the buffet. Everything was fresh and hot. Very clean place to eat. Staff were friendly and efficient.
After waiting 15 mins when they pulled me forward, I walked inside to check on my order. They just put my liver down to cook. Asked for the manager. I explained to the manager what was going on. She was sitting in the office and not keeping an eye out on what was happening in the store. She stated that the cook had other orders to get out before mine. There was no one ahead of me. The place was dead. Finally got my order 25 mins later with burnt chicken. They lost my business!

To find a KFC buffet is far and few. It was like a making a Pilgrimage to such locations that was a nostalgic trip to me and for those who might have grown up near a KFC buffet, eating their share of fried chicken legs on Sunday afternoons, and bowls of Jell-O and chocolate pudding for dessert.
The staff was friendly and the food was good.
