After waiting 15 mins when they pulled me forward, I walked inside to check on my order. They just put my liver down to cook. Asked for the manager. I explained to the manager what was going on. She was sitting in the office and not keeping an eye out on what was happening in the store. She stated that the cook had other orders to get out before mine. There was no one ahead of me. The place was dead. Finally got my order 25 mins later with burnt chicken. They lost my business!

To find a KFC buffet is far and few. It was like a making a Pilgrimage to such locations that was a nostalgic trip to me and for those who might have grown up near a KFC buffet, eating their share of fried chicken legs on Sunday afternoons, and bowls of Jell-O and chocolate pudding for dessert.

Sometimes KFC is out of food especially Chicken Pot Pies! Someone isn’t doing their job ordering enough food.
Vegetarian options: Add more fresh vegetables: cabbage, green beans, sweet potatoes and collards.

I'm not understanding why I placed my order at 9:11Pm and it's 10:10 Pm and I still don't have my Food very unsatisfied and it's no excuse for it not to mention only 3 cars came to the store the entire time I was there ridiculous

Poor service today.food was not on buffet at all we waited over 30 mins for 2kids meals and 45 mins to get out buffet staff wa ride to us and other customers we should have hit a refund people were complaining and leaving
30 min wait to get chicken through a fast food restaurant. Five cars waiting in front of me there’s no more room for them to tell them pull to the side. All cars coming through drive through are driving right away… right at dinner time when they should be ready for customers.

I hate this the only KFC in Washington. Lil real skinny black girl with braids is rude. They never give napkins in order. They always out if dark meat. Get a better job or get it together! Ugggg!
