They were out of almost everything but the chicken was fresh and hot after the wait for it to cook... Went back again... Super long wait for the chicken again!

Booths were nasty and Buffet who's low on product it was not properly being kept clean add new condiments unless you went to the register and wait in line to get simple ketchup salt or pepper bathrooms we're very unclean

I have a big family so we always bettors order extra sides with the meal. The past couple of times that we have gone here you order a large side and they don’t fill the container like they are supposed to. One scoop of potatoes isn’t a large side. It’s crazy you’re spending the money you do and they do things half bottom.

8 pm and waiting on chicken to be cooked, customer service was the worst ive ever seen at a KFC, place was nasty, employees attitude was crappy because I didn't want dark meat. Seemed to piss them off. Will never go here again Bojangles just got another customer. Just brought my food out and had to ask what I ordered 4th time repeating my order. 2nd time bringing food didn't know if they got order right getting ready to leave and they brought food out. Never again don't recommend to anyone.

The cashier didn't add a drink to one of our meals, so we had to pay extra for another drink. There was water dripping on the floor near the buffet station.
Ordered online pick up for the first time . I got the 8 piece family meal and was pleasantly surprised at how fresh everything was ! It was way better than when I ordered at the window !
