Timely, good service, decent food- flavor wise. **served broken shells in food**
I had to pick thru my whole dish all the way to the end in order to not eat muscle shells. Luckily I don't have anything ruptured internally from ingesting shards. We brought this to the server and manager's attention which was brushed aside. I get it, young adults don't get paid enough to care, and neither does the kitchen, apparently. Common sense- don't serve broken shells- period!

This the second time I’ve ordered food that was disgusting 🤢. My sandwich had fries thrown on top of it and my spaghetti bolognese was dry there was barely any sauce on the meat or spaghetti noodles. This is the last time I’m ordering from them. A waste of almost $30. I am very disappointed with the quality of the food.

The food is pretty good. The staff can be hit/miss. There are two servers who aren't friendly, and they can ruin the experience.

The worst Italian sub I've ever had. Cheap ham, basically no cheese, and the smallest cut of salami. All I could taste was the salt from the ham. It was gross. I'm giving two stars for now, because I know the restaurant in Greenville has much better food.

Recently I placed a to go order at 6:10pm. I was told it would take about 30 mins, when I went to pick it up I was told about 15 mins longer and they had not even began working my order. I didn't get my order until 7:45! This place is extremely slow and over priced.

This place was amazing! First time customer and the Spinach Ravioli Marabella Style was the best dish I have ever had. Sierra was so gracious and kind to our table. She even offered to adjust the heater for us. What a doll!
I wish Marabella's wasn't an hour away from the house, but I will find my way back!

Sierra Cooke was wonderfully delightful. Always had a smile on her face, very friendly, professionally knew what to recommend off the menu. Desert was the bomb! Can't wait to go back again!
