One of the worst experiences I've had. Ordered my food around 3am waited until 5 when I got contacted by a doordasher saying they can't make my order. The manager on the day of December 18, 2025 handled it very poorly. She was nice but she was trying to avoid the issue and said it falls on doordash the order is supposed to be made before the dasher gets there, even if it's breakfast, the order didn't have a dasher until 5. So I'm being charged amd having to get a refund over something that was done poorly.

I'll be honest this is probably one of the best McDonald's I've been too. I did a mobile order and when we arrived it was jammed packed and super busy. But the line moved quickly and for once I didn't have to pull over and wait for my food. Actually NO ONE was in the reserved spot at 1130 am! The food was hot and it's McDonald's so you know what you're getting.

I can order a drink and be asked to pull up every time. Waited 15 minutes for a frappe then had to ask for a straw and we met with attitude. When handed the straw server could tell I was unhappy and she said “you’re ok”. Most unprofessional place ever.

This is the McChicken I received tonight 9/12/25, it wasn’t the spicy patty like I ordered & was full of mayonnaise. It wasn’t edible & I put it in the trash. This location has really went down hill lately. I guess someone had an attitude because I placed several orders on the app so I won’t be returning.
Great McDonalds. The employees are so nice & they have the best hash browns.

THE BATHROOM SMELLS REALLY BAD THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT A.S.A.P. AND THEY NEED TO SCRUB ALL THERE FLOORS WITH SOME DEGREASER THE FLOORS ARE TOO SLIPPERY WHAT ARE THEY MOPPING THE FLOOR WITH ? GREASE ? AND KEEP THE LOBBY CLEAN AND GET SOME BETTER FOOD AND MAKE REAL TEA NOT COLOR WATER MOST OF THE STAFF IS GREAT !!!!!

We were made out to be bad people just because we placed a curbside order. We were told that our fries were cold because it’s only 2 people working. The customer service was horrible. On top of it they accused me of lying about redeeming points for 2 ice cream cones. I understand you may be short on help, but I do not own McDonalds. It’s not my fault you can’t find competent workers. Your customer serve SUCKS!
