Went to the drive through on Carolina Avenue Washington NC this afternoon. Ordered my food and had to repeat the order 2 times. Paid, then Asked to pull over and park in space #1. 9 minutes later and $32.00, I get my food, no. 3 large with a chocolate shake, no 2 med with a happy meal nuggets with apple sauce. All the food was ice cold, no apple sauce, and shake was watered down. I expected hot food since I had to pull over and wait. In fact the man 3 vehicles back ordered a strawberry shake and he got his food before I did. I dont mind paying the high prices but I don't like cold food when it's suppose to be hot. I dont even mind waiting, but make it worth my time.

I'm a Door Dasher and Amani from the Washington NC location always takes care of me while others walk by. I can tell her I think that's my order and she stops what she's doing to get me my delivery. I try to keep clients happy so they'll return and Amani makes it happen. Thank you Amani

I will say they make sure the place clean. Although the floors were dry, but signs are still visible. This McD's stay pretty busy. Alot of customers visit here. Sat in for awhile to see an check out the area. Will be doing that more often.

It’s 6pm on a Saturday & this was the best burger & chicken nuggets I’ve had at any McDonalds in years. I’m a frequent visitor because I’m on the road up & down the East coast from Maine to Florida. I’d rather order at the counter but my son likes to use the kiosk. The order was almost ready before we found a seat. The staff are friendly & helpful. 4 of 5 stars only because the horizontal surfaces could be cleaner but many of the messes could also have been cleaned up by the citizens that caused them. I’ll never understand how people leave spills & trash everywhere when they eat out. I wonder if they do the same at home. I wish yall had a few TVs with sports & news on them too😁. Thanks for the nuggs.

Tonight my boyfriend asked me if I wanted anything from McDonalds after he got off of work. I said sure, a spicy chicken sandwich with extra sauce. Every single time I go to ANY McDonald’s, I ask for extra sauce and they seem to add even less than normal but I still attempt it. Tonight this sandwich exceeded my expectations. They understood the assignment when he ordered extra sauce and all my hopes and dreams were answered. This was the most scrumdiddlyumptious spicy chicken sandwich I have EVER had and it made my night. I was going to call up the store and tell the staff that I love them but my boyfriend said that was weird so leaving this review was the next best thing. I’m so happy I moved to a new town with a McDonalds that knows how to do it right. McDonalds in Washington, NC… they could never make me hate you <3

Out of all my years in being in the food industry’s . The service was bad asked for extra pickes and onions and I got one damn pickle and no onions . Fry’s cold and we’re not cooked at all I am hurt by the food given . Fix this or you will be dealt with
