I can order a drink and be asked to pull up every time. Waited 15 minutes for a frappe then had to ask for a straw and we met with attitude. When handed the straw server could tell I was unhappy and she said “you’re ok”. Most unprofessional place ever.

This is the McChicken I received tonight 9/12/25, it wasn’t the spicy patty like I ordered & was full of mayonnaise. It wasn’t edible & I put it in the trash. This location has really went down hill lately. I guess someone had an attitude because I placed several orders on the app so I won’t be returning.

THE BATHROOM SMELLS REALLY BAD THEY NEED TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THAT A.S.A.P. AND THEY NEED TO SCRUB ALL THERE FLOORS WITH SOME DEGREASER THE FLOORS ARE TOO SLIPPERY WHAT ARE THEY MOPPING THE FLOOR WITH ? GREASE ? AND KEEP THE LOBBY CLEAN AND GET SOME BETTER FOOD AND MAKE REAL TEA NOT COLOR WATER MOST OF THE STAFF IS GREAT !!!!!

We were made out to be bad people just because we placed a curbside order. We were told that our fries were cold because it’s only 2 people working. The customer service was horrible. On top of it they accused me of lying about redeeming points for 2 ice cream cones. I understand you may be short on help, but I do not own McDonalds. It’s not my fault you can’t find competent workers. Your customer serve SUCKS!

Placed a order through the app at 10:51am when I get to the store I told the person at the speaker, she told me okay and to move forward once I got to the window I was told they are not serving breakfast anymore. This is unacceptable.
customer service is terrible. everyone always has a bad attitude whenever taking or giving orders. placed a mobile pick up order and they forgot sauce yet proceeded to say they'll charge me $0.31 for a single sauce. sodas are always dirty, you can taste the heavy dirty/contaminated soda. 0/10 would not recommend.

Went to the drive through on Carolina Avenue Washington NC this afternoon. Ordered my food and had to repeat the order 2 times. Paid, then Asked to pull over and park in space #1. 9 minutes later and $32.00, I get my food, no. 3 large with a chocolate shake, no 2 med with a happy meal nuggets with apple sauce. All the food was ice cold, no apple sauce, and shake was watered down. I expected hot food since I had to pull over and wait. In fact the man 3 vehicles back ordered a strawberry shake and he got his food before I did. I dont mind paying the high prices but I don't like cold food when it's suppose to be hot. I dont even mind waiting, but make it worth my time.

I'm a Door Dasher and Amani from the Washington NC location always takes care of me while others walk by. I can tell her I think that's my order and she stops what she's doing to get me my delivery. I try to keep clients happy so they'll return and Amani makes it happen. Thank you Amani

I will say they make sure the place clean. Although the floors were dry, but signs are still visible. This McD's stay pretty busy. Alot of customers visit here. Sat in for awhile to see an check out the area. Will be doing that more often.
