Went last night with my family at 645 pm. No pizza on buffet for almost thirty minutes with very little salad as well. Ordered a speciality pizza came out wrong and reordered again came out wrong again ..but just gave up and paid 49 bill and left...you need district manager to spend a couple of days here to see what is going on as waitress put in order right and they had plenty of people working to handle but I wonder if they were on breaks doing this time a little..but my wife told me they had stopped a couple of weeks ago and had issues as well...we frequently stopped in Wilson, rocky mount, and goldsboro ..it is amazing there but I say that to say it is possible even with older buildings to have great service..please take some time there as the people that live there deserve a great experience

Most of the Pizza Inns in North Carolina from Raleigh west have closed down. This one in Washington, N.C. is very good. Good pizza good pasta. Fair prices with a senior discount.

Was having issues with a oven so basically there wasnt any pizza on the bar at points and when a pizza came out jus 1 at the time with 40-50 customers. Couldn't really enjoy our lunch like that having to stand and wait at the buffet bar. I Just left and took at as a loss for my.money and time. Normally they are great and normally pizza inn is one of my favorite spots.

Pizza inn in Washington has been around for years. It's under new management but it's bland on the inside now. It used to be cool seeing all the names and dates from over the years of people signing their names on the wall. The pizza is pretty good they could cut it better. They also could have more choices on the buffet table. Seems like it's usually the same few pizzas. You can request if you want to wait for it. You can host birthday parties here.

Ate here on both 09/07 & 09/08; food was really good each night. Servers were Christine & Rylee - both were terrific & took great care of us.

Too much hanging out at the register. I didnt get taco pizza until we were getting ready to leave. 2 senior citizens plus 2 grands does not equal $41.

Disappointing to say the least. I don’t understand how a restaurant can have so many employees but cannot keep pizzas on the buffet.

Not the best day at Pizza Inn. Waitress was friendly to begin with. Unfortunately, after the pizzas were finally served, she never came back to refill drinks or see if we needed anything.
She did give my son a refill before his pizza arrived.
Got the meal in pieces.
Ordered cheese bread for a starter. It was the last thing to arrive. We got credit for that.
Got mime and mom's pizzas (small and individual) finally after 20 minutes. Took another 10 - 15 to get my son's.
She said of three ovens only one was working. Not sure what that was about.

My boyfriend and I tried this place upon walking in my first thought was it looks like it’s very outdated messy … we probably should have just left but I’ve always been taught to not judge a book by its cover So we tried the “buffet” which consisted of 3 types of pizza pepperoni hamburger and cheese all thrown onto the buffet crumbs all over the buffet the pizza reminded me of the frozen pizza at the store then their salad bar was crap very few items and 2 types of dressing
Then I saw a sign that said “pasta bar” that only consisted of some old spaghetti and some nasty sauce …. There silverware was a fork only which I found funny because they had pudding on the salad bar so if we had chose the pudding I guess we would have had to eat it with a fork
….. I don’t know if the owner is just struggling to stay open or if they just don’t care but they lost us we will definitely not be returning

The pizza was delicious as always, it’s hard to beat the buffet for lunch. The cooks kept the hot pizzas coming with plenty of a variety.

This place has gone way downhill. Ordered a small taco pizza and some pepperoni rolls the other weekend. Took 30 minutes for the pickup order to be ready, and the pizza was still way undercooked. You would grab a slice by the outer crust and it would just flop over and all the toppings would fall off. The pepperoni rolls weren't much better. The quality of the dough and the amount of pepperoni was extremely disappointing. I could have made more flavorfull rolls with some bisquick dough in a can. On top of all that, the marinara they included was more water than sauce.
