Poormans Restaurant and Flea Market is the Bees Knees.. The food is great as well as the customer service.. The atmosphere is amazing.. Everybody sits, eats and talks like we have know each other before our first time meeting.. I love the hot, steamy pork chop in a hoop cheese biscuit with a fried egg.. Oh and a slice of pecan pie or pig picking cake..

On Sunday the Flea Market is a must.. So many vendors, food trucks, cute puppies and live stock..

Spectacular food cooked with love! I had the pork chop plate with over medium eggs, potatoes and a biscuit. It was amazing. The pork chop was seasoned to the gods. The eggs were cooked perfectly. The potatoes could have been a bit crispier but to be fair I did not order them that way and that's definitely a personal preference. The biscuit was better than it had any business being. I don't know what that recipe is but they better keep that locked away. I gave it a four...
This mostly open air market is a great place to find things you don’t know you need as well as shoes and clothing! They even have jewelry. There is a grill there also with one of the best breakfast menus in the county.
