Black lady with red braids working. Needs to be fired. She was the most impolite person, she had it out with the customer in front of me to the point they walked out. She continued to talk about it and cussing. Meanwhile the other girl working was FaceTiming while making my sandwich. This is ridiculous

I came in around 11:30 ish and was greeted by a lovely lady named Taylor and a young man named Dustin, She made an amazing sandwich which was a surprise based on my last few visits. I made a comment about my last experience, and the man informed me he was the new manager, and has some new employees. Restraunt was way cleaner than previous visits. You can tell they enjoy their job. I'll be back!!

They did not have any tomatoes, which i find odd being they are in a Walmart. There was no sign up stating this.
I paid 7.57 for a 6 inch sandwich with two pieces of turkey on it. No 2x the cheese, the lettuce was terrible looking. Nice an brown.
Sandwich was more in line as a 4 inch. What a rip off. I shoukd have walked away whe. I discovered no tomatoes, but i did the right thing and took the screwing. Thanks Subway. I will never be back Jersey Mikes is in the same strip mall. Thats where i will go from here on out.

Beware of this store they are scamming I ordered 3 sandwiches and 5 cookies and did not get the cookies I spoke to the manager personally and she told me to come back and get the cookies later and she would leave a note with who ever is working I called to see if that could be honored today and the manager acted like she never spoke to me
My fiancé just went up there to get 2 foot longs and he didn’t get what he paid to get on his sandwich he ordered a hotshot italiano and didn’t get double meat got 1 single olive on his sandwich no onions and just a few pieces of other veggies so he didn’t get what he paid for

Don’t waste your time or money. We went last weekend after church (4 adults 4 kids) and waited almost an hour for our sandwiches. Not exaggerating. And there was only one order in front of us. The girl Naomi clearly hates her job. She moved in slow motion and was huffing and puffing as she wasted time walking around and rolling her eyes. I wasn’t going to leave her a poor review, but then I went by again today and it was equally disappointing. As I was walking in, she went to the back and just didn’t come back. I waited a couple minutes and left. I have always loved Subway and my son likes their pizzas. That’s why we go to this location. We used to come here often but if I see this girl working I won’t waste my time. She needs a new job.

i ordered online they put peppers and tomatoes and onion in my sub, i’m deathly allergic to tomatoes, and apart of that i asked for cheese and bananas peppers, but it was none of that. my subs were also cold, and on the receipt was correct .

Didn’t cook our sandwiches on the right setting! Food was cold when handed to us! Meatballs weren’t cooked all the way!!!! Line moved slow! Very disappointed in the way things were done.

We visited the restaurant located inside Walmart in Washington NC. There was only one person working, his name is AJ. He was very busy but stayed so kind and had great customer service throughout our visit. I over heard him talking to a friend, who was ordering some food, that he had only been working here about a week. He stayed so patient and friendly with everyone. Definitely deserves to be recognized. We need more customer service people like him.

my boyfriend and I went in today and had a bad experience. i haven’t been into a subway in years so i didn’t know what to order and i have anxiety when ordering food so i got my boyfriend to order for the both of us.
the woman making our subs was very rude, before we had a chance to even look at the menu she was rushing us to choose our bread (sir pick your bread. you have to pick your bread. what kind of bread? over and over, basically yelling at us like it’s a life or death choice), my boyfriend even said “give me a minute please” but she continued to rush us, (keep in mind the store wasn’t that busy, there was one other woman behind us, they were quite rude to her as well) then acted super passive-aggressive while making our subs. As we were leaving, she LITERALLY yelled “Have a nice day, sir” very sarcastically.
When we got in the car we called inside and asked to speak to a manager, and the same woman picked up the phone very politely - we didn’t even recognize it was her because her demeanor was completely different. She then proceeded to say “i’m sorry if YOU thought I was being rude but i assure you I was not”.
I’m not usually one to leave a bad review but I was appalled at how passive-aggressive and downright nasty she was being. definitely didn’t help i was already anxious walking in there and she made it worse. other than that the sub was pretty good but we did not want to eat inside and i don’t think i’ll ever eat at this subway again.

They needed more staff but service was good
Never know how to make there own sandwichs got a $13 footlong for $8 but it was wrong not right I've never had a sandwich made the way it's supposed to from here complete wast of time trying to try new sandwichs here they will never make them right please take some people from the other stores in Washington and put them in the Walmart store I will be talking to the manager about it from the other stores
