I just did an online order through the Subway app. Money was taken out of my account and I received an email stating what time the order would be ready. A few minutes before my order was gonna be ready. I received an email stating the order was canceled. I didn't cancel it so who canceled the order?

Despite the negative reviews, I would still recommend this location for walk in ordering. Katherine was very helpful and friendly when I was ordering my sandwich. If you're in the area, I would give them a try.

I stopped at store on west 5th street at 4:45 on a Monday. Someone had just came out of service door and was walking away. There were no other customers or workers. I went to the door and they were locked. I yelled at the woman and she yelled back she was on break. I don't plan on stopping here again if my business means no more than this.

Ordered on-line before leaving work arrived to this location picked up my order arrived home wrong bread the meat was only on half of the sub (footlong) this is inexcusable customers work hard for their money for this type of service I strongly recommend JERSEY MIKES may cost a bit more but cheap service isn't good service

80's Girl

Ordered online and went in 15 minutes later when the app showed my order was ready (1 sub). Three people in line waiting to order when I got there and then watched 5 more people come in and immediately leave. Only 1 person working, and as usual they were new and left by themselves. Employee was overwhelmed and was taking 5-10 minutes to make each sub. After standing in the store for over 20 minutes they started working on my sub (even though the app showed it was ready). Then was told they were out of what I ordered. I asked for a refund and was told by the employee they didn't know how to do that. Another employee finally came in, looked in the fridge and found the ingredients (the meat) for my sub. After 50 minutes I finally got my sub. I would have left without it but not without getting my money back first....but by that point I was so fed up I started to walk out minus the $10 it cost me for 1 sub. This also isn't the first time I've had to wait or have ordered online only to be told once I go in the store that they are out of something.

This location is very poorly managed. They are constantly out of the basics. Several weeks ago we ordered at 1pm. Once we got our order we were asked to leave because they were closing because they were "behind". Two weeks ago we went in and had to make several changes because of what they were out of. We got our order then they told us the ice machine was down. Tonight they were out of regular white bread. I changed to wheat and they started ton make a cold cut but then said they were out of cold cut. One of the workers teenager kids were in the dinning room cussing loudly.Corporate SUBWAY pull this franchise. It's hurting the brand.

One person working tonight, several people waiting in line. The young man was doing all he could to make subs and ring orders up. The food counter was disgusting/dirty. Only bread they had was white bread. Last time we will be going to that store.

Before ordering do not go to the bread selection first, head towards the veggies to see what’s available. I made that mistake, there were only lettuce and green peepers and spinach. Pitiful selection. Head to Walmart instead and visit the subway there.
