This location is very poorly managed. They are constantly out of the basics. Several weeks ago we ordered at 1pm. Once we got our order we were asked to leave because they were closing because they were "behind". Two weeks ago we went in and had to make several changes because of what they were out of. We got our order then they told us the ice machine was down. Tonight they were out of regular white bread. I changed to wheat and they started ton make a cold cut but then said they were out of cold cut. One of the workers teenager kids were in the dinning room cussing loudly.Corporate SUBWAY pull this franchise. It's hurting the brand.

Before ordering do not go to the bread selection first, head towards the veggies to see what’s available. I made that mistake, there were only lettuce and green peepers and spinach. Pitiful selection. Head to Walmart instead and visit the subway there.

Walked in. Ordered the sub they set it aside and waited on everyone else. So after they totally ignored me I walked out and left. 11/1/23. I will not be going back anytime soon.And I really like subway. But the help in this location.... ....

Customer service is horrible. We’ve been in multiple times and every time we’ve went the same issue has happened. No one is greeted when walking in. We wait 15+ minutes just to add toppings to our two subs. The young man, Miguel, will wear headphones while taking orders asking multiple times what was said simply because he can’t take his headphones out of his ears. This is very unprofessional. While this is happening the other employees will stand by the register or door frame watching and not helping the next customers that are patiently waiting in line. They will also stop in between making subs to talk and tell stories amongst each other. Tonight we waited 15 minutes while the employee was assisting an older gentleman in front of us, once we finally made it up to the glass to tell him what we wanted not only did we notice majority of the bread was burnt but when we told him what bread we wanted he then told us it was cooling off and he could not serve it to us. Therefore they were out, which can be understandable, but we were in the restaurant for 20 minutes prior and not one time did an employee tell us or any other customer they were out of that bread nor were any signs up stating they didn’t have it. I’ve worked in the food/service industry for 5+ years, these are small issues that can be resolved with communication and pro active employees. These have been reoccurring issues we’ve had at this location. The staff is unattentive, careless, and has no sense of urgency. I am not one to complain at all! Especially with working in restaurants myself, but service and staff like this can ruin a good establishment.

Bought 2 subs on 8/5/23 the subway series Titan turkey #15 not good there was hard any turkey..will not go back ...total rip off..and o yeah am a local guide..
Went in to order a couple of subs for myself and the gf. While we were waiting to order I saw there was a display of the different types of bread available sitting on the counter in a case. One of the loaves has a huge mold spot on there, so we left.

Iv been to this location several times and have had good service, today it was excellent there was two young lady's working that i noticed one who told me her name was Kendra she was extremely kindhearted with well manors she also made my sub perfectly. I'd recommend this store over the others here in town any day. Great sevice,clean store and wonderful atmosphere. Thank you.

What ever the changes are to food it was nasty bread crumbled bad the sub taste like chemicals.
