Ra was fantastic, I mainly see her when I go get some food there and she's a perfect mix of professional, friendly, and laid back all at the same time. Never messes up an order and is by far one of the quickest that I've seen do her job. Give her a raise! Fantastic job Ra.

We left after waiting for at least 20 minutes with multiple people in front of us. The girl with green in her hair was taking insanely long with every single person. she moved so slowly it was like she was moving in slow motion, deliberately. i'm not one to complain but it was SO bad we went to Jersey Mikes instead. That is bad business and makes you lose customers. Please don’t waste my time because you hate your job.

So, I placed an online order for my mom‘s sub and cookies. The Subway at Cherry Run was completely out of cookies. I wasn’t offered an alternative other than other cookies. Well, my kids don’t eat chocolate so to offer me two different kinds of chocolate chip cookies wasn’t an option. I told her I could come back tomorrow to get cookies and was told she wouldn’t have them tomorrow either, SMH.
I was informed I could drive across town to Subway in Food Lion Shopping Center. I did. Guess what? They were also out of cookies! So, I asked what were my options since they had no oatmeal raisin cookies. I was then asked if I could wait for about 20 minutes, he would have time to bake some cookies, have them cooled, and provide them for me. He did just that!!

I ordered two BMTs on their app. When I went to pick it up I was told that they didn't have the BMT but I could get turkey or ham in its place. When I got home I looked at the sandwiches and both hardly had any meat on them. Won't be going back to this Subway. It's not my fault you didn't have the meat to make a BMT.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted kindly by a nice young man his name tag read keith he was courteous and even very accommodating 10 out 10 experience would try again.

Service is absolutely awful. The two employees today 10-23-24 at 12pm Were not great at all. I walked in waited for several minutes while they were doing online orders and didn’t say ill be right with you or try to talk to me or anything. Another woman walks in right behinde me and they ask her what she wants and serves her. I walk out of the store that i was there to get 9 sandwiches for my employees. I will no longer eat there anymore. I own a company and understand how bad employees are to have now but come on these two woman wouldnt run my store no matter what.

Food was cold when handed to us! Meatballs were raw! Line moved very slowly! Very disappointed in the way things were run! Me and my boyfriend used to work there and we were very disappointed! The food made us sick to our stomachs !!!! The Customers service sucked!
