Order gets messed up and was told they’ll fix it next time I’m in. When that time comes because I didn’t have the food they refused and the manager walks away from me after arguing about the customer service there.

Nice drive thru speaker. Friendly staff. I gave service 3 stars because I asked for bean burrito with no onion and extra cheese. I did not get the correct burrito.

I went through drive thru and my order was incorrect. I knocked on the window and told the cashier It wasn’t correct she told Cassandra the manager who said refused to correct it , she refused to refund me was very nasty & called the police. I will never advise anyone to go here. The worst Taco Bell ever! I going above a beyond about how she handle this situation because you don’t treat costumers like this. I called Corporate to report it!

I got off a 12 hour shift and wanted to grab something quick. Service was fast. But when I opened my food, my tacos were shattered to bits and my Mexican pizza was forcefully smashed in the box. I’m sorry it was an hour before closing, but I had a long day too and now my dinner is basically inedible.

Used to frequent this location and dealt with their mistakes with order accuracy. On a recent trip I was provided with items containing almost NO cheese on any of the items (see photo). Bringing this to their attention, they wanted to charge me for "extra cheese" and argued with me about the quality of my order. Will not be going back
