Nice place, smiles. And they pay attention to what you say so you don't have to repeatedly talk over and over.Dietary restrictions: Not everyone can eat spicy things, my mouth is very sensitive to spices so I have to watch what I buy. But there are alot of choices so it makes it easier.Wheelchair accessibility: Okay but not that easy with how the parking and building ate played out. But easy enough.

Staff was friendly, order was spot on. Food was good.Parking: All but three or four parking spaces are located at the back of the building. Lot is too small for dine in use.

Chicken power bowl I ordered smelled bad and the chicken texture felt like it was cooked 2 days prior. I watched as food was being made and it's dirty. This place needs a random inspection.

They managed to give me a cheese quesadilla with no cheese once. Our order is wrong frequently enough that we check everything (including opening the tortillas to check if the ingredients are correct) before leaving the parking lot. If you get home before realizing the mistake and have to drive back to get the correct order, they do absolutely nothing (no coupons, no free item) to help make up for the lost time and gasoline due to their mistake.

I ordered the party pack and upgraded it to supreme as well as additional items. no sour cream was on my taco. I live 15 minutes away so I asked for a refund of the additional cost for sour cream: I think that’s fair. The manager got on the phone with a nasty attitude. Said listen I was on the line when this order was made and it had sour cream on all of the tacos. I said did you make all of the order and said no but I don’t appreciate you calling my employee and me liars. I said ma’am I’m looking at the taco she said well it must be under the sauces I said I am not here to be rude but you are very unprofessional. According to her they don’t have a corporate office so there’s no one to speak to. This is very poor customer service

I don't normally write reviews or leave negative comments on most fast food restaurant sites. But, I had the strong displeasure of going to your establishment today around 4 pm. And not only was the food terrible but the service was worse if at all possible. I had the beef chulupa and the bread was cold and tough to bite and in texture the meat was cold and the staff was rude asf. I suggest that anyone not willing to put up with customers not work in food service industries. The cashier had a poor attitude from the moment my order was placed. And when my companion went inside to request hot nacho fries. She was told they didn't drop fresh fries unless they used the ones previously dropped and she would need to talk to a manager or accept a refund. Taco Bell is supposed to be customer service oriented as well as fast and friendly and that was not the case today. It was very uninviting and I won't be returning to their restaurant any time soon.

Only drive through is open. Asked if I needed sauce, I said "yes, hot please." Did I get any sauce, NO! It's not taco Bell without the sauce. Of course I didn't look in the bag until almost home. So pissed ?

Not sure why they can't ever get anything right. It's sloppy and wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. The manager Cassie is rude and obviously loves to argue over anything.

I ordered $62 worth of food. They forgot ONE item. A cheese quesadilla with extra cheese. I wasn't upset at all. I was grateful it was only one item. I went immediately inside, with my receipt, and let them know. They start arguing over it in the back about who forgot it. Then they tell me they don't believe me. I tell them I have the bag in my vehicle still. They tell me they need to go through it to make sure I'm not lying. Now why would I spend $62 just to try and steal a less than $4 quesadilla??? At this point I'm angry so I sent my husband inside with the food. Where he was greeted by disrespect, snickering, and rude comments. Especially a girl named Payton. She was so rude my husband made sure to get her name. Absolutely insane. I wasn't even upset my food was forgotten. I said that. I'm upset i was treated so badly and made out to be a liar and thief. In the end, we got our quesadilla. Because we AREN'T liars.

We ordered 6 items from them today. 4 of the items were incorrect. One was missing entirely. When I complained that the order was incorrect, the employees begin arguing with me, even though I had a digital receipt to prove it. Will not return to this location.

Went during a busy time but the drive thru personnel did a great job getting everyone's order quickly. She spoke clearly and also double checked the order. Food was hot and she even gave me napkins a plus for me.Vegetarian options: I had the black bean crunch wrap and it was really good.

The ladies are always very sweet and efficient. The drive through door has a note on it about a 100 score on the health department test. And that's crazy to me being a taco bell. They always make a good quality product with everything evenly spread out. Your not taking bites of each thing. This is what every taco bell should be.
