Last night: 2-24-24. For starters they were out of tea and coffee. Can you believe it? We were floored. No one knows how to make either? Then I asked for a Diet Coke. It came out flat. So this told us that the CO2 tank needed to be changed. Told that only the manager knew how to change and they weren’t there last night. So I ended up drinking water all night. Sorry I couldn’t do alcohol - it doesn’t mix too well with chemotherapy drugs. Server was hit or miss. We didn’t get bread until we asked for it and that was towards the end of the meal when she finally showed up again. My vegetables were hard. The menu didn’t mention that they would be aldente or I would have asked for them to be cooked more. My husband did enjoy his regular Coke (I couldn’t drink it either due to type 1 diabetes) and he enjoyed the shrimp and grits. My pork chop on the bone was very good and the sweet potato purée was nice, although it wasn’t hot. Will we go back? Maybe, but we will call first to see if they have tea and Diet Coke to drink. Maybe I’ll bring one in the next time.

Ribeye and pork chop were both amazing. Drinks were perfect. I wish I remembered our waitress’s name but she was wonderful and extremely accommodating. Can’t wait to come back here!

I would give high ratings to the food. All our choices were delicious and the ambience and feel of the dining area was really nice. I had the catch of the day and the sauce was fantastic We arrived early, so our service experience was quite good though not stellar. As time went by the restaurant became more crowded, and since there was only two waiters, I would guess that later diners would not have had quite as good of service experience. Toward the end of our meal, the wait staff were on a practically a full run, and it took us a long time to get our bill. This is another establishment to present a bill with 20% tips minimum listed on the bottom, and the tip amount actually includes the tax which is getting to be very common. Apparently, we are now not only expected to pay 20% at least on the rising cost of food and overpriced libations but now we have to pay at least 20% on the taxes.

We just finished dinner at The Bank Bistro & Bar. I have to say it was definitely a mixed bag. The brussel and artichoke appetizer was fantastic! Our hopes were high for the rest of our meal. The wheels came off a bit with the entrees. The worst offender was the so called Crab Cakes. They were Crab Muffins!! WAY TO MUCH breeding and hardly any crab. However the salmon was top notch. Cooked to perfection with a crispy exterior and juicy interior. Dessert was another disappointment. The crème brûlée was atrocious. The flavor was fine but the textures were terrible. The custard was runny and the sugar crust was obviously done a day (or two) ago! Gummy and soggy. Thank goodness the wine and the service were both good.

The Bank Bistro's ambiance is warm, cozy, and romantic; its a great place to enjoy a nice meal. The food is good, but a bit expensive for the portion. The staff was friendly and helpful.Experience The Bank Bistro for a nice occasion, you will enjoy it!Parking is limited; you have to parallel park, and when it's busy you may have to park on another street and walk to the restaurant.

Great place to just have a drink at the bar. We joined friends late afternoon on a weekday, before dinner rush. Had the place to ourselves. Paul served us some great IPAs and we enjoyed the bar area. Very comfortable. Have not eaten there yet but plan to. Definitely adding The Bank as a go-to place for drinks.

The restaurant was busy so servers were attentive but busy also. Prime rib was the feature and was very good.
