I think you all need to work on you're customer service. I place an order before you close. I get to the back to pick my order up. No one greets me. I have to greet them. Then I'm being told that u all were closed. You can be closed all you want. If you took my money, you have to give me my product. So I think that communication and good customer service needs to be reinforced. Probably won't be back. I thank the young gentleman for helping me with getting my order

Local seafood house w a long tradition and history. These are real fishmongers that know. Their in house made blue crab dip is just one of many gourmet items that’s on my radar every time i go there. Vivian Howard ENC native ,Michelin starred chef has been here, to learn from these people and sample a local favorite fish stew recipe from an employee and the past owners. The new owners are just as dedicated to quality and clients. I heard they had new ownership, but i cant tell it. For all things seafood in Washington NC , THIS IS THE PLACE. OH and they have a restaurant on 264 w around the corner from the hospital. Fresh local seafood = washington Crab and Seafood and the“Crab shack”. When oyster season arrives ,i arrive at the Crab Shack!

Tried this place one time since, i assumed since its been in business for some time, it would be fantastic. Maybe my expectations were too high. The lady taking my order wasn't very familiar with how anything was served, prices are reasonable at first but the quantity is kind of low. Personally i rather pay more and get a normal amount of food. Probably will not try again

Love this place , I drive an hour to get large males blue crabs & they also steam for you, but they charge $10, crabs be meaty it's worth it to me

Came in from out of town to eat at Washington Crab. Heard great things about it! We ordered the mahi mahi tacos, pick two (grilled flounder and crab cake), hush puppies and grilled chicken fingers for my son. Tacos were some of the best tacos I’ve ever had!!! Had a little kick to them and the coleslaw was an excellent addition. Grilled chicken and pick two were really great too. Staff was friendly and checked on us to make sure we were enjoying the food and didn’t need anything. Food came out very quickly. For sure will be back next time we are in town!!

We are from Maryland so finding crabs that are what we are used to was difficult but not from here! They were excellent & even better than most places we've had in Maryland!! Will definitely be back!! Great friendly staff, good prices, & excellent crabs with the perfect amount of spice!
