They use some goofy computer voice ordering system at the drive-thru now instead of a real person talking to you. Will not go to anymore.

I had other things I had to do when I got home my kids help their self to the food find out never got no biscuits And the people refused to answer the phone I want a full returned of my money The chicken was cold and small for $50. That was absolutely ridiculous.

This restaurant was awesome when it first opened, now the sandwiches are half the size. Manager was rude and has been before. Wasn’t about to have any real discussion with her with her attitude.

Take the time to drive to Lancaster, that's the best bojangles for miles. This one has replaced employees with ai ordering. Don't support that. The food... every time is subpar, then again I'm comparing it to the awesome one in

Super disappointing. I would not recommend going to this location. Employees are rude and just stare at you instead of trying to help. People working there must be hating life because that is the vibe they give off. They look upset that you walked in.Spent $53 and of course my order was not correct, we didn’t get food we ordered and then we were given multiple items we didn’t order.Be prepared if you do go inside to order, you will have to use a self check out kiosk that doesn’t work right while employees just stare at you.If your feeling lucky, you won’t by the time you walk out the restaurant. Was told after we ordered using the kiosk that they no longer had any BoRounds. No sign or awareness prior to ordering.I wanted a side of gravy (which is not on the kiosk) and when I went to pick up my order they told me they charge for it. I responded with that is great, there is nothing on the kiosk telling me that. The female employee looked at me and said condescendingly that I should have asked for help. Welp, no gravy for me then.Terrible customer service, employees hate life, food wasn’t right, food quality was subpar. I will never go back to this location. Ever….

ELEVATED DEATH

I just wanna start by saying I’ve always had issues with fast food, I think everyone has, but replacing AI to take my order and mess it up is ridiculous. Entire order messed up. I’m not one to make a big deal in the drive thru ever. But I pull up to the window lady says nothing just looks as me with a dirty look like her jobs hard or something. Anyway, behind her is 4 employees on their phone and I’m thinking to myself “hmmmmmm, they replaced them with ai” it’s sad honestly that they’re paying employees so much to stand around, and it’s even more sad when you order a steak biscuit combo (which naturally comes with fries), additional steak biscuit, PEPSI and some hash browns (additional) and you don’t have your additional steak biscuit and the hash browns came with the combo so you didn’t get your fries. Wasn’t on the receipt but that’s the ais fault. I then ask the woman, “hey, I don’t have these items I ordered, why is that?” Her response is “you have to be more specific with the ai”. Personally that makes be mad because if they’re gonna replace workers that barely work in the first place with a machine that doesn’t understand the human language you’re kinda messing up your reputation as a company… but I just thank her and I’m on my way due to her terrible attitude and not trying to annoy her by asking her to do her job and get my things I ordered with the money I WORKED FOR WITH A REAL JOB which everyone is capable of getting, it is really not hard at all. But I then drive home to find out that their AMAZING workers gave me DIET PEPSI instead of PEPSI. Which on the receipt says PEPSI. I don’t know really how you can mess that up when your job is this easy and you have people standing around on their phones doing nothing. Yes, common mistake I get it, but maybe that’s why the workers YOU PAY need to take the orders if they can’t get one thing right out of a 3 item combo meal. At this point I think your company would be better off implementing ai inside making the food over having humans make the food. Yes, I have worked fast food and I know how it is but there wasn’t one day I didn’t actually do my job and I remembered to put every straw in the bag lmao. It’s not a hard job at all, no job is if you do it right. And I know the company doesn’t care if their workers smoke weed which is what I see these workers always doing out in their car, because if the company did they would not be able the hire anyone. Ik how it is though, but I grew up, got a real job and I do my job. Easiest job I ever had was working a Burger King at 16 making $7 an hour, now they pay them like $15 which is not deserving at all and makes everyone’s taxes go up off of raising minimum wage for fast food workers thinking they’re making more but that brings the price of food up, living up, everything up when you do things like this which is why most businesses have switched to ai for that exact reason. And they pull more out of your paycheck, think smarter. But anyway, rant over.

I had a great experience visiting this restaurant. The staff was extremely understanding of my disability and was willing to help me to my table and help me with everything that I needed. My food was fresh and service was excellent. I recommend this Bojangles to everyone I speak with.Wheelchair accessibility: I was able to come inside with my walker/ wheel chair. There is accessible seating for all as well.

It's Bojangles, so I'm okay that I have to give at least 1 star. Everything else about the experience- blech. Overpriced and terribly poor service. If I return, it'll be a long time.
