This is a good Bojangles for the food, but they provide very slow service. Every single time I go through the drive through I am told to pull up and wait and some times it is 10 minutes and other times it is 45 minutes!
I had a really good experience at this Bojangles. The service was friendly and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. The restaurant was clean, my order was prepared correctly, and the employees were helpful and welcoming. Josiah especially stood out because he was attentive, polite, and made sure everything was taken care of. You can tell he genuinely cares about the customers. I’ll definitely be coming back!
