Only one employee working - therefore, stood in line for over 15 minutes before placing order.

Customer service for our kids ordering was amazing! They went above and beyond to help the little ones. Visited on first Friday for Waxhaw. Highly recommend for families with kids

Fun, affordable treat. Outside only, but they have improved their seating recently. A few outdoor games for the kids.

Always friendly service. Reward points don't add up quickly.

Recommend getting the snow cream on top. Adds the yummy!!!

Nice spot on a hot day..

Fussy teenagers need options on hot summer days. We found plenty of them at the Pelican's Snowballs location here in Waxhaw! It was a 90 degree day, and we were looking forward to cooling off. The flavors were all delightful, and even the surrounding high school flavors were represented! Per our pics, we had our flavors, and recommend experimenting with the menu. Under $20 with tip for group of four was a win to boot?

Awesome service, clean, and yummy! Soooo much nicer than the one in Monroe and there is even a huge connect 4 outside and a great seating area with big umbrellas! We will definitely be back! Even my 7 year old was like wow this one is so much nicer. (For reference we came here from Monroe and live less than a mile from the pelicans there!)

Cool little place with a BIG list of flavors! They also offer a Snoball STUFFED cone with a scoop of ice cream wedged between scoops of shaved ice! I tried the creamsicle—yummy!
