My parents got pizza from the Pizza Hut in waxhaw and the pizza doesn’t look or taste fresh. We got it at 6:00 pm. It looks exactly as it did when when I left the store. I called and talked to the manager Samantha and instead of apologizing she was like well we don’t have a microwave and all our pizza is made fresh. And if they BRING the pizza back I can make a new one as long as they bring it back. Like we are just trying to get a free pizza. After today they lost a costumer....read full review

I have always use the online app. to order on my way home from work. It has been correct, warm and tasty each time. The pasta with cheese bread is consistently delish. The manager and employees have been friendly on each of my many visits. Even when they are super busy. The one "error" that was made...no cheese on the cheese bread sticks... was caught by the staff and was the only time I had to wait as the new order was baked
