I usually go for cofee here in morning and could clearly see how Starbucks has regarded over years. They hire young kids who are more in hurry to go back to their mobile and chat vs attention to detail. They are in such a hurry that they hand over overfilled cofee without proper lid closure. This lead to me getting burnt and having my car stained so many time. On complain they will shamelessly say sorry and back to normal. May be its time again Mr Mike Schultz to take back the reign and reboot this brand. Feel sad for this brand.

I am totally NOT amazed at the bad reviews this Strabucks is receiving consistently esp because of the young employees that work here and give a damn about customer service. Me and my husband go for a coffee on a weekday afrernoon when they are not busy at all. We walk in and all associates (younger teen) are chatting with other and they continue to ignore us for good 5-10 minutes when we are trying to be patient waiting to order and let them finish chatting. After this long 10 minute wait, I am ready to leave but this another young guy comes from the back and take our order. We tell him all employees are just chatting and ignored us and he didnt bother as well. Said sorry and yeah! Is the business owner also a teen who is letting this ruckus attitude happen and not paying attention to the reviews?

2 hours before close on a Friday night chairs up on tables and looks closed. A bunch of employees outside smoking in the front of the store. Drive thru service is consistently poor. Starbucks is just not worth it anymore.

Staff is very loud-mouthed. It sounded like there was a beer-blasted frat party with no regard for customers' experience or ambiance. In a soft-spoken manner, we requested that they tone down their loudness and for saying that, they said that WE were being rude in a very unapologetic angry tone!Won't be visiting this store until there is a change in managment.

They make the worst drinks. I’ve tried 5 times and every time I had to ask them to remake my caramel macchiato. I finally give up will never go back ??

Avoid. There are a couple more Starbucks nearby. Try your luck there. On a Sunday afternoon with only 2 customers inside and only 2 cars in the drive thru, they made us wait for more than 25 minutes for a 1 coffee and 2 brownie order. Whilst they had 6+ associates available, of which only 2 were working. To make it worse, they also messed up the order and did not even check if they were packing 1 brownie vs the 2 that I paid for.
