Today was my 2nd time in a week, and both times were horrible. Both times were mobile orders. First time, I was second in line for my mobile order and the lady looked around me to ask the guy behind me for his mobile order. I stuck my face eye to eye with hers to let her know I needed my order first. Second time was this morning. Same thing, mobile order. Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has incredible experiences and wonderful stuff. The customer service is friendly and kind, with employees doing their best. The atmosphere is on point, and the vibe makes people feel at home, greeted with happiness. However, the coffee is sometimes yucky, tasting like cigs because it is burned. One time, a lemon cake piece gave a big smile. The food and drinks are great and worth the price. One employee named Jack is genuinely the best, taking some kind of potion that has positive energy and throwing it into his drinks, always making people happier. He sang an amazing Christmas carol and is the most jolly fellow. Another employee was extremely patient, helping an illiterate grandfather understand the menu items. A kind man brought a correct drink straight to the table and offered a gift card after a wrong drink was received. The experience was especially sweetened by excellent service. It is a once in a lifetime experience.
