Won’t waste a dime. If a cup or lid falls on the floor they tell their employees to keep it. They use frozen fruit nothing fresh you are better off saving your money and making your drink yourself.
We usually love Tropical Smoothie, but we just got lunch delivered for the first time from the Holly Springs location & they forgot the smoothies!!!!!! We called & asked if they could send someone back with the missing smoothies & the only option they gave us was to refund. Wish the customer service was better. Really disappointed!!
