This afternoon I ordered a chicken bacon and Swiss. The chicken was so over cooked the outer edges were like a piece of leather. The worst chicken sandwich I have ever received. Never again !

Food was great, but the service was not. The young girl at front was out in sitting area when we walked in didn't greet us or even acknowledge us. The man with long beard with no Hai net on also didn't greet us he walked to back as if he didn't see us. Finally after sitting there for 10 mins the young girl came back over and took our order it took 10 mins for our food then when it did come up she just sit it there and left on counter didn't call our name or br8ng it to us. So good thing the food was good. Will not return
Stopped to get dinner on the way home. Placed an online order. My order was ready when promised, and I got exactly what I ordered.

I hate to downgrade my previous 5 star review. I totally understand how hard it is to get decent help in this industry. Today I went by Arby's and waited for probably 20 minutes in the drive thru. I wasn't in a hurry so this didn't really bother me. The young man at the window was very friendly, but did make comments about how long he had been there. After leaving the drive thru I pulled over to check my order, which was accurate with no issues. Two male employees came outside and were cussing each other and screaming at one another. (7:10 PM on 8-18-24). The verbal lashing exchanged between the two was pretty intense. Just thought someone should know about this. If anything it was rather entertaining.. Dinner with a show.

The manager on 7/21/24 at 8:40pm was beyond rude over a milkshake. Asked if they had milkshakes and he said no, he already cleaned the machine and that they would not be available again until tomorrow to which I said was fine, however, when I pulled around to the window, he told me "a word of advice, if you come through in the late evening, our milkshakes aren't available". His tone was condescending and unprofessional to say the least. I asked to speak with a manager then he responded saying he was the manager. I told him he was rude and that was no way to speak to a paying customer to which, he proceeded to argue with me and said if I didn't want my food, he'd give me my money back. I told him I'd be contacting corporate and he responded with "go ahead, I don't care"
I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me. I work in customer service and would never even think to address a customer in that way.

The sandwiches were okay the curly fries are okay but the crinkle cut fries tasted like they were freezing Burn they were awful got three combos that costed more than $35 way too expensive for what you get and oh yes the soda fountain machine was out of order and being worked on and scattered all over the place and the guy at the counter gave us three cups to go get her own drinks I don't know we expect us to get something to drink from when knowing the soda founding machine is being worked on morons ??

A year ago this place was 5 stars now they can't get a order right didn't give me any sauce with my roast beef and changed their chicken to some nastyness

Employees with no gloves on, wiping their brows/forehead, running their hands through their hair, serving food. Manager is ALWAYS outside smoking in her car! Please get this place back up to A+ Arby’s quality!!!!!!!

Manager Tammy focused repeatedly on cashier getting coupon from customer when Tammy was supposed to be fulfilling orders. The only thing in all of it that mattered to her was getting that coupon! Food was cold

The fries sat in the bin for an hour and they took my order and dropped it back in the fryer to warm up old stale fries , they have done that to me at least 5 times , do not eat at this location.

What can I say? I love the food and the great, quiet, clean dining. Love the fish sandwich and they don't skimp when it's served.
