On my recent week long visit to Waynesville my wife and I dined at Birchwood on two occasions. The first time was on our arrival before checking in to our little cottage on Shelton Street. It was around one o’clock and we were greeted by the hostess and decided to avoid any wait, and be seated at the bar.
