SLOW. Every. Single. Time!

My office is literally 30 seconds away, so I stop by once or twice a week out of convenience—but honestly, it's getting hard to justify. The drive-thru uses AI, which is actually a plus—at least the system is polite and accurate. But after that, things fall apart.

Last week, I ordered a simple egg and cheese biscuit. I was the only car in line, and it still took 8 minutes. That’s ridiculous, considering the eggs and biscuits are already pre-cooked. How long should that possibly take?

Today was worse. I could see my food sitting on the counter for two full minutes while the employee ignored the window, organized receipts, poured drinks—basically did everything except hand me my food. There’s just zero sense of urgency at this location. It's fast food in name only.

I did send an email within an hour of the owner's response - waiting for a reply. (3 days ago.)

UPDATED REVIEW...I originally left a 5 star review. A YEAR AGO! NOW, if i could give a -0 i DEFINITELY would! PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. That's what management is for! We go there everyday. Getting worse each time. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS COLD AND WE ONLY LIVE 4 MINUTES FROM THERE! We order the same thing EVERY SINGLE DAY, gravy biscuits, that's supposed to have sausage in the gravy, with extra gravy. Half the time there's hardly any gravy. The other times there's NO sausage at all in it. When you still try to support business here, it's no need at all. No wonder y'all have a lawsuit on y'all. AND, a TERRIBLE ONE AT THAT. I KNOW gravy biscuits isn't spending $50 there, but it don't matter if all I get is a coffee, it shouldn't be served the terrible ways y'all serve items there at your location! I have complained time after time but NOTHING CHANGES.

So my husband and I stopped and got an order of bo bites that came with rice and a biscuit..we thought we would give this Bojangles a try since we gave up eating at the Bojangles that is 3 Miles from our home as the food quality became unbearable! Thinking that maybe this Location would maybe be better than ours close to home..It was around 3pm and we went through the drive thru and waited for our order and while waiting noticed their health score was a 96..🤔 after getting our food we noticed our sauces were missing and went back to get them...unfortunately for us the chicken wasn't any better.It was dark and looked like it had been sitting for a bit.It was dry and even the sauce couldn't moisten it up! The rice was mush so we just let that go.The biscuit I do have to say was pretty darn good! Kudos to the biscuit maker! Actually that's why I gave it 2 stars! Our dogs were traveling with us so they got the BoBites so I can't leave a review for them! Unfortunately I think that this is my last time at Bojangles..just can't see giving my money away for yucky chicken!

Called ahead for takeout for a group of fifteen. Jessica was very helpful over the phone and had everything ready when we arrived to pick it up. Very reasonable price and the food tasted great! Thank you!

We went in to get food for a family picnic. There was only one customer in the store other than us but we waited close to 10 minutes to be acknowledged. We ordered $95 of food and asked for cups to go with the 2 1/2 gallons of tea we got. We were told that would be close to $25 extra. When we said “never mind” the guy responded with “you’re not from around here, huh? I didn’t think so. Bye, Don’t come back.” Okay… no problem! Now I understand why everyplace else was busy and this place was empty!

We were returning home from vacation and stopped at this restaurant. The food was really good. I got the bo bites with fries and a watermelon tea. The tea was so good, I ordered a half gallon to go. The associates were friendly and courteous, and the meals were prepared quickly. There were 14 of us, and they did a great job of serving us.

Absolutely awful experience. Ordered my food through the drive thru which is now controlled by AI. I was third in line and ended up waiting for 45min, only to get to the window and have them tell me they were out of everything that I ordered. There was only like 2 or 3 people working in there. Terrible service, and a waste of my time, don’t bother.
