Stopped this morning as I was leaving Lake Junaluska. Ordered a Cajun Fillet Biscuit combo. Didn’t start eating it until I was down the road a bit. Chicken was raw in the middle.

To start with we normally love bojangles chicken. But here lately we've ordered delivery and our orders have really messed up and trying to get it fixed is like pulling teeth it's a real pain. And it's not just them it's an ongoing trend of sorts here lately every delivery order we've placed has been botched in some way or the other so much so that we don't won't to place a delivery order at all anymore. We don't like paying that much money for a meal and not getting what you pay for. So as for advice of sorts if you want a good meal and want it right go get it yourself that way you know it's exactly what you payed for.

Stopped for a breakfast biscuit at 2:45. Pulled up to window and watched kid grab biscuit wearing no gloves. Cut biscuit with dirty knife. Put a glove on one hand. Grabbed bacon with gloved hand and placed on biscuit then threw left over bacon back into bin with other ungloved hand, all while wiping his hands on his shirt. Drove off

Always closed 3 or 4 hours early consistently every time I’ve ever attempted to stop by after work.
Went thru the drive thru. The food was your typical fast food quality.

We went thru the drive thru for dinner. The food was delicious. We got all the sauces, napkins, straws, and food we ordered. This seems to be hard for other fast food restaurants. My only complaint was price, but that's how much it is everywhere these days. At least it was a great experience, which isn't always the case at other places.
