The man who handed me our food was actively eating while bagging up our food. Surely there is a policy regarding employees eating while serving ppl their food. We were also charged 24$ for 2 burger and 2 small fries. No onion rings and no churro sticks. I will not ever be back to a burger king. Again no one should be eating behind the line. That's why company's are required to give breaks. He must have been eating our food ....disgusting

The food is better than the service. The guy that took my order yesterday was very rude. They used to have the sweetest people working the drive-thru. Customers should never feel like they're a bother for simply just trying to order food. Chick-fil-A is the only fast food chain that has friendly customer service EVERY TIME. Unfortunately, I don't always want chicken and am quickly reminded that other fast food chains don't set the bar near as high. (Waynesville location)

Literally everything I ordered (3 meals) were wrong. Served cheese sticks instead of chicken fries, a patty melt instead of bacon burger, and real meat instead of impossible burger. Also don't have the newer drink machines so their options are limited.

It was a great experience my family and I are on Vacation and it was good food and service and the store was very clean and staff were very friendly.
Dang I went to Burger King with my wife and we didn’t even order anything crazy. One burger and fries each. The price was more than if we would have gone out for dinner at one of our favorite restaurants. Isn’t this food supposed to be fast and cheap?
Most rude people. It was not that busy inside or the drive thru. They locked the dining room doors after we ordered and some of the other customers would let people in and the manager (I'm assuming) yelled at them Everytime someone new came in. My grandchildren even made comments like " she is the rudest lady ever! They are not even that busy"

I've ate here 5 times and everytime the burgers are terrible! Its never fresh or hot. It's like the patties have been cooked an hour ago. Always drowned in ketchup! I am including a photo to show the poor quality of the product they serve. You've been warned. (THATS A DISCOLORED LETTUCE CORE FROM MY BURGER)
